7 We will begin this meeting with announcing the results of this month s System Census. Would you please join me in welcoming the honorable Villoux Chief of Staff, Dr. Baskerville to read us this update. System Census as Read by Dr. Baskerville Well, good evening to you all. After the very successful month of September, I am pleased to announce the results of the September 2012 Census. In total the system accounted for 206 active users, all of which belong to a department, except one. The largest department in the system remains Minecraft, which holds the largest count of users in a department 84. Close behind Minecraft, Realm of the Mad God remains the second largest department within the system holding a user count of 74. The third largest department remains Team Fortress 2, with a user count of 25. Moving into fourth place is Villoux s League of Legends Department holding 19 system users. Finally, we have Villoux s fifth and smallest department, Terraria, which holds 3 system defined users. Again, the total count of system users was 206; a number that I am not very dissatisfied with! I would like to cordially thank all of the Department Chairmen and staff that has aided the system in collecting these users. I look forward to seeing that number grow by the time of the next System Census in January of Before we close conversation on the System Census, I would like to mention some rather unfortunate news: The Villoux Chairman Committee has voted to disband both Villoux s Arma 2 and Garry s Mod Department. Neither departments were being successfully managed or represented at the required meetings, therefore the Committee felt as if they no longer deserve to be represented within the system. ** Do any users have any questions in regards to the System Census, or this disbandment of the Arma 2 and Garry s Mod Departments? 8 Thank you for that information, Dr. Baskerville. We will now begin department updates as read by the Department Chairmen. Will you now please welcome to the stand again, the right honorable Villoux Chief of Staff, Dr. Baskerville. Minecraft Update as Read by Dr. Baskerville Thank you again, Forty-Eight and my fellow House members. I will now begin the report on Villoux s highest standing department, the Minecraft department. Villoux s two active Minecraft servers, Basic Craft and Craft of the Titans, have been doing fairly well. Craft of the Titans has recently undergone a change in Server Head. We have recently appointed the former System Commercialist, elefalcon, to the Server Head of that server. Both the server s staff and myself feel confident that Mr. Flacon will preform no less than exemplary and have high hopes for him. As of now, both servers have a relatively steady user count that is on an incline, however Minecraft has recently updated thus limiting the amount of advertising we are able to do for the department. Once our server s primary plugins are updated, the servers will continue being advertised for, and will continue to grow. We are currently working on two servers within the Minecraft Department: Rise of Nations, our Tekkit roleplay server, and Drug Craft, our dark roleplay server. Rise of Nations is finishing small edits in files and finishing some spawn building designs. Rise of Nations is currently released to members of Villoux s Minecraft Department, but will become public within the next two weeks. The other server, Drug Craft, has much to be done. I myself will be running the server, and I am working with both the System Coding Department and the System Building Department to get the server successfully built and coded. Drug Craft should be ready for a public release in late November, however there will more than likely be a brief Villoux release earlier next month. The other two servers in the system, Izvorni Craft and New-Age Craft, are currently without a Server Head, therefore are inactive until a user is appointed to head the servers. I have a list of users with whom I feel comfortable managing the server, however I will need to work with these

9 users more before anyone is appointed to a Server Head position. Unfortunately, I do not have a recommendation as to when the servers will once again become active. I feel I should also mention Villoux s two private Minecraft servers: the System Building Server and my private Quest Server, which has adopted the name RagCraft after the era in which the server is set, Ragtime. The System Building Server has continued to serve as a grounds in which our Minecraft System Builders have been able to express their creativity in buildings, art, and wiring work. My private quest server continues to be Villoux s longest ongoing project, however the server may be ready for a summer release in this upcoming summer. I will provide more information when on the server available. Tonight we are also having one more Minecraft server apply to join our system. The Snowflake Pixelmon sever will be applying their services to our system later in the meeting tonight. Well, that would conclude the system s update in the Minecraft Department. Thank you for that update, Dr. Baskerville. We will now have Dr. Baskerville answer any questions any of you may have in regard to the Minecraft Department. We will now move onto the update of Villoux s third largest department, the Team Fortress 2 Department. Please join me in welcoming the TF2 Department Chairman, Mixizm, to the stand.

10 Team Fortress 2 Update as Read by Mixizm Good evening fellow Villoux people. Your TF2 chairman here with another monthly update. I extend a thanks to the combatants of the last tournaments for their well conducted behavior and amazing display of skill on the field and as always I want to give a congratulations to both Shukakusuru and the brother of our very own Executive System Builder. Dorogan and Shuka both played major roles on their teams weither it be Shukakusuru's dominance as heavy over the Hill in Laskeside or Dorogans nimble stealth and knife as spy around the cart in upward. Both are very deserving of the Villoux TF2 champion status and we wish to see their skills in future games. Moving on, for those of you who havnt noticed the Team Fortress 2 departments growth lately we have recently added 3 new servers. Along with our main server which is used for general gaming and tournaments we have also added a ever so popular Mann Vs Machine server, A CTF server for you people who love Capture the Flag, and a nice little prop hunt server for you people who like more relaxed gameplay. Prop hunt is still under maintenance but the other servers are up and ready for play. Please thank Capta1n Turtles for his amazing co-operation and help in expanding our TF2 base. All server info can be found under their spacers. As those of you in other departments know though, we cant run servers without appointing respective server heads to watch after them. With that said I would like to welcome Shukakusuru to the department as our Mann vs Machine head and give congrats to DragonBreath for climbing up to Server head position as watchful leader of our main server. Happy gaming you two. Finally, we come down to our last subjct, the tournaments themselves. Our classes will be heading out to a Payload Race map also known as Pipeline tomorrow but in smaller numbers. We have plenty of slots open for those of you still interested. Remember to send me or one of my directors (or even a server head if needed) a message if you would like to be added to the roster. The last tournament went amazingly with a twist to celebrate our fifth. Players were only able to use stock weapons (also known as default weapons) to add a little kick to the competition. We will now take any questions in regards to the Team Fortress 2 Department. We will now move on to the system s League of Legends Department and their Department Chairman, InstaPwn for their update. League Legends Update as Read by InstaPwn Tournament: Maintaining a stable 20 users and 5 reserves for the monthly department tournaments. The Chairman and 1 Director will be sitting out each tournament to mediate channels and sportsmanship. Teams that have 16 available champions will play in tournament draft mode because it allows teams to pause the game in case of connection issues. Ranked Team: Tryouts were succesful in finding 9 suitable players for Ranked Team. 9 users have been gathered for the ranked team and have begun practicing for the upcoming ladder reset. Users have been informed that they will not maintain there position on ranked team if they are not active members of Villoux. A secondary ranked team has been created for lower tier Villoux members in order for them to adjust to the difficulty of ranked 5's.

12 Directors: 3 directors have been chosen by the department chairman to assist in the responsibilities of team balancing and requests to be added to the monthly roster. Thank you for the update, InstaPwn. We will now take any questions in regards to the League of Legends Department. We will now move to the Terraria Department and their update as ready by their Chairman, Duyst. Terraria Update as Read by Duyst Hello, I'm Duyst, the Terraria Chairman. Recently, I recruited a new server head, Adrian. You may have seen him hanging around the Terraria channel. The server is being advertised to get any users into the server and into teamspeak. We are advertising on many of the more famous Terraria sites like Terraria-online-serverlist. Terraria, unlike minecraft or romtg, is a bit harder to get people involved on teamspeak. Most are already doing crazy stuff on many random servers and speaking over skype or another voice chat. I'd also like to mention that the server is also going under some redesigns and adding some new plugins. Adrian would like to give some revamps to the server, but has not been able to speak with Varacka to get the server box. He has been doing the best with what he has, however. Any questions on anything in the Terraria department? Thank you for the update, Duyst. We will now take any questions in regards to the Terraria Department. We will now move to the Minecraft server application of the Snowflake Pixelmon server. Please join me in welcoming Levi, the Server Head, to the stand.

13 Pixelmon Application as Read by Levi Hello, my name is Levi and I am the Head Builder and a moderator of the Snowflake Pixelmon Adventure Server. For those of you who do not know, Pixelmon is a modification to Minecraft that introduces Pokemon to Minecraft. This mod is still in development but it is still fun and challenging to play. If you are wondering how this would be beneficial to Villoux we currently have 32 slots on the server, which during peak hours, is usually full. Generally we have an average of 20 people at a time on our server. Also, we have three people who are currently developers of the Pixelmon mod play on our server, including myself. Some problems with Minecraft servers are that they can be griefed, ours cannot because we have set our server to adventure mode, so new players cannot break blocks at all. We have a friendly and professional staff to help players with any questions, comments, or concerns about our server and the rules our server pertains to. As lead builder of the server it is my job to come up with ideas, and expand our map. Right now, are map is a work in progress, however there is enough space to play within the mod. Also our server boasts a unique shop system where players can sell drops of Pokémon they battle for gold nuggets, gold ingots, or gold blocks (our server's currency) to purchase other items such as Poke-balls and Potions like in the original Pokémon games. Like the games, our server also has gym leaders, currently we have 3 gym leaders, who have 2 trainers each that battle players for the right to win a gym badge. That is the basics of our server, if you have any questions I'm prepared to answer them to the best of my ability. Before we call a vote on this server s admission to the system, I will allow any users who wish to publicly support or oppose the server to do so now. We will now call a vote to the server. Please clearly state Yay if you are in favor of the server joining the system s Minecraft department, and please clearly state Nay if you are not in favor of the server. If you do not have an opinion, you may state Neutral.
