8 Transition: We shall now begin this 15 th session with the announcement of the System Census results. As Chairman Committee Speaker, it gives me pleasure to make this grand announcement. System Census Results as Read by Dr. Baskerville As many of you are aware, the System holds a System Census every three months to check things such as amount of users in the system, how diverse the system is, and which departments bring in the largest amount of users. I am pleased to announce that this month s System Census proved to be a great success. In total, the system had 232 users, which is a 15% increase in total userbase from January s census. In regards to nationalities, the United States of America dominated the system with a whooping 54% of Villouxians being from the US. The Nationalities in total for the system went as follows: 54% - United States of America 09% - Canada 07% - Finland 04% - Trinidad & Tobago 03% - Netherlands 02% - Brazil and United Kingdom 01% - Australia, Canada-Ukraine, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Norway, South Africa, Sweden, USA-Vietnam, and Venezuela.5% - Barbados, Belgium, Canada-Serbia, Czech Republic, Japan-USA, Latvia, Macedonia, Mexico, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, USA-Greece, USA-Israel, USA-Mexico, USA-Poland, and USA-Russia. Individually, the Minecraft Department possessed 39% of the userbase, the Realm Department possessed 27%, the League Department possessed 22%, and the TF2 Department possessed 10%. There were 4% of users that were not defined into any particular department. Overall, the system experienced a large improvement in national diversity and user count. For this, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to each Department Chairman. It is truly an honor to serve with such prestigious gentlemen.

9 Transition: With that information in mind, we will now begin the Department Updates. As custom, we will begin the updates starting with the largest department and continuing to the smallest department. That being said, I, as Minecraft Department Chairman, will now begin the Minecraft Update. Minecraft Update as Read by Dr. Baskerville Good evening my fellow House Members. It is now my honor to deliver the Minecraft Update. You should recall that last month I mentioned that the Minecraft Department was undergoing some hardships due to many events that were outside of our control. Fortunately, I either put those hardships under our control or eliminated them. This enabled each individual server to up its performance level and equip itself to Villoux standards. Presently, the system only has one public Minecraft server, Basic Craft. Basic Craft serves as Villoux s Simple Survival server and as such involves the most basic level of Minecraft gameplay. Fortunately, this is a game mode that many users find enjoyable and will therefore be able to wait for their other servers to open by playing on Basic Craft. There are presently two Minecraft servers that are actively undergoing the building process Craft of the Titans, Villoux s Factions/PVP server, and Snowflake Pixelmon, Villoux s Pixelmon server. Craft of the Titans has recently undergone a change in Server Head due to the former Server Head, Mr. Xeno, being inactive. The new Server Head, Mr. Donutbomber, has been a member of the Minecraft Department since February, 2013 serving as the Server Head of Villoux s former Tekkit PVP server, Technic Craft; which I will get to in a moment. Before Mr. Xeno s inactivity, he had begun to work with the Building Manager, Ms. Siya12, and the two started the building the process for Craft of the Titans. Fortunately, Mr. Xeno also had permissions setup for the server and a collective list of plugins. With these useful items in hand, it will not take long for the system to launch Craft of the Titans. Snowflake Pixelmon has undergone a change in Server Head. Due to the extreme inactivity of Snowflake s former Server Head, Mr. Stutterfoot, I have appointed former System Coder and Head Admin of Snowflake, Mr. EmoDemon00 to become the new Server Head. Mr. EmoDemon has already begun building the new map for Snowflake Pixelmon and in just one day has already nearly completed the first town. Mr. EmoDemon will also be introducing a new mod to Snowflake Pixelmon, Custom NPC s. This mod will allow users to interact with NPC s and as such will enable the

10 ability to go on quests on the server. In order to gain to full satisfaction of the mod, Mr. EmoDemon has also recruited the aid of a Writing Team to assist in developing the storyline and quests that will be available on the server. Needless to say, I believe this server will be immensely impressive. Both Snowflake Pixelmon and Craft of the Titans plan to be released mid next month. You may recall that at the last House meeting I stated that our Creative/Towny server, Izvorni Craft, was ready to be released. Well, the server has unfortunately encountered some file errors that have our Coding Department somewhat stumped. However, as soon as the errors are resolved, that server will also be ready for a public release. The system presently has two inactive servers: New-Age Craft and Old-Age Craft. Thus far, my plans for these two servers are as follows: New-Age Craft, which is Villoux s FeedTheBeast server, is presently down due to their Server Head s inactivity. I have received an offer from the Executive System Coder Veteran, Sullivan, whom, along with Commander Derpy, was the former Server Head of Villoux s old Tekkit Roleplay server, Rise of Nations. As Tekkit is now an outdated Minecraft mod, and Mr. Sullivan has a bit more time on his hands, he wishes to launch a new Rise of Nations server that will be hosted on FeedTheBeast. Mr. Sullivan has additionally stated that he wishes to apply his server into the system, again. Should Mr. Sullivan still continue to apply with the House, Rise of Nations will replace New-Age Craft as Villoux s FeedTheBeast server. You should recall me mentioning Villoux s Tekkit PVP server, Technic Craft. Well, as I stated in my last sentence, Tekkit is now an outdated mod and as such has lost the vast majority of it s userbase to FeedTheBeast. Due to this, Villoux is officially closing our last Tekkit server Technic Craft. I would like to wish my apologizes to the staff of the server as well as any Coders, Builders, Engineers, or other system staff that dedicated time to working on the server. In regards to Old-Age Craft, the Server Head for the server, Mr. Deepblew, has been relatively inactive as of late due to a large number of personal conflicts. If he does not become more available, I will either issue the server to be disbanded, or will begin taking applications for a new Server Head. My decision on this matter will be made mid-june. Finally, Villoux s Drug Roleplay server, Drug Craft, will still not be released any time soon, and as such, I will not be taking any questions on that server. That being said, I hereby conclude my Minecraft Department Update and will open the floor to any questions, comments, or concerns in regards to the system s Minecraft Department.

13 TeamSpeak Announcement as Read by Pwnzy Good evening Villoux House of Players. For those of you that are unaware, my name is Pwnzy and I serve as the Operative Manager of the TeamSpeak Operation Department. I will be filling in this month for the Executive TeamSpeak Operator, Phil, who had to be away due to a hiatus. There are just a few reminds and notifications that I would like to make. The first issue that I wish to bring to everyone s attention is the fact that when AFK or idle, you should either be in your gaming department s spacer, your staff private channel, or your private channel. Please do not idle in public channels or the Lobby Channel, as that is not their intended purpose. Additionally, if you disable your microphone please also disable your sound. Just a reminder, if your sound is muted you are considered AFK and should be in the appropriate channel. I would also like to stress the fact that just because a user possesses the title Village Idiot, they are not exempt from following the TeamSpeak Regulations. If you are having issues with one of our Village Idiots, or witness them violating a TeamSpeak Regulation, please do not hesitate to let one of our Operation Staff members know. That brings me to my final point. Dr. Baskerville and I have recently revised much of the TeamSpeak Operation Department and plan to continue to do so until our Department is backup to Villoux s standards. That being said, I would like to welcome any complaints or recommendations that any of you have for the Operation Department. That concludes my announcement; thank you for your time. 14 Grand Council Announcement as Read by Dr. Baskerville As you may know, in addition to holding a System Census every three months, the Villoux Grand Council also holds nominations for prospective Grand Council Members. For those of you that are unfamiliar with the process, it goes a little something like this: A Grand Council Member nominates a person, or people, that they feel have served well in their present system position and they feel would make a good addition to our Grand Council. Each Council Member may nominate as many people as they like, however, the Villoux Grand Council only has six seats on it for Council Members. Therefore, the Grand Council votes on the people that have been nominated and lowers the number of people down to the number of seats available on the Council. If there are more seats that people nominated, the Council merely votes on the person or people nominated. In order to gain a seat on the Grand Council the user that was nominated by another Grand Council Member must receive 80% of the Grand Council s favor. Meaning, that 80% of the Villoux Grand Council, including not just Council Members but also the Executives and Chief of Staff, must vote In Favor to the person s nomination. Now that we have that understood, it pleases me to make the announcements for this month s nominations. During the month of May, 2013 the Council had just one user be nominated to join us. The user was nominated by myself, as Chief of Staff. It gives me great pleasure to announce that the user nominated to join the Grand Council is Villoux s Team Fortress 2 Department Chairman, and my former Advisor, Mr. Cap1991. I have full confidence that if elected Mr. Cap will serve very diligently on our Grand Council. I would like to take this time to publically thank him for his countless service, loyalty, and dedication to our system. Thank you, Mr. Cap, and Mazel Tov Congratulations. There will also be two other large changes on the Grand Council this month. Whereas I myself appoint and demote members of the Board of Executives, the Grand Council does have the ability to veto my changes. Due to that fact, I would like to acknowledge two users that I will be nominating to replace present members of our Board of Executives. As I am sure all of you are aware, the system s Board of Executives has become relatively inactive lately. Some have good reasons to excuse their inactivity, but some do not. However, I believe that the time has come to instate a few more new active members. The first department that will be receiving a new Executive is our System Building Department. Our present Executive System Builder, Mr. Sammygman, has had to file numerous hiatuses from the system due to interfering personal

15 activities. Unfortunately, his hiatuses have made him far too inactive to properly do much of anything within his department. With that being said, I would now like to announce that the System Building Manager, Ms. Siya12 will be replacing Mr. Sammygman as the Executive System Builder. I greatly appreciate all that you have done thus far for not only the System Building Department, but also the system as a whole Ms. Siya. I look very forward to working with you on many future projects. The other department receiving a new Executive will be our System Coding Department. Unfortunately, I am afraid that not many of you know our present Executive System Coder, Dr. Wilson. In my personal opinion, Dr. Wilson is a wonderful man and an even better father. Because he is such a devote and loving father it requires him to spend much time with his two children and lovely wife. Dr. Wilson has, however, no time to spend in the system, which is something that I fully understand and support. Sadly, this does mean that we will need to reinstate a new, more active Executive System Coder. Fortunately, I believe that I have just the right person. At this time, I would like to announce that joining Ms. Siya as a new member of the Board of Executives as the system s new Executive System Coder is one of my former Advisors, and the current Coding Manager, Mr. Jdaca. Mr. Jdaca has shown his devotion to the system countless times through his unbreakable work ethic and ability to assess and resolve errors quickly. Very rarely will the system and I be blessed with a person that not only knows their playing field very well, but is also very friendly, personable, and an overall genuinely good person. That being said, I want to stress that I have full confidence in both Ms. Siya and Mr. Jdaca, and I know that they will do everything within their power to aid this system in whatever ways necessary. Finally, I wish luck to my Council nominee, Mr. Cap. The Grand Council will be meeting this Saturday at 6PM US Central and will announce the results of Mr. Cap s nomination after the meeting.

16 Closing Ceremonies as Read by Dr. Baskerville With that, we now move to the Closing Ceremonies. Overall, this month has been quite a successful one for the system. We held three successfully tournaments, gained a 15% increase in user count, and made some well deserved changes to our Board of Executives. I hope to continue to reform the system until we get back into the high Villoux standards. Moving on, I will now announce this month s Friend of Villoux. Of course, the Friend of Villoux award is an award given out monthly to one of the hardest working members in the system s staff. The Friend of Villoux for the month of May is the TeamSpeak Operator, Penguin. Mr. Penguin has gone above in beyond in the system by aiding our System Coding Department numerous times throughout the past weeks in situations where they were otherwise stumped. Mr. Penguin, please speak with me after the meeting to receive your reward. Honorable mentions for this month s Friend of Villoux include: The Team Fortress 2 Director 3ste40, the Radio DJ Manager Ryen, and the Minecraft Server Head EmoDemon00. With that being said, I would like to equally thank each and every one of you the hard working staff that makes this system what we are a place where excellency is the only option.
