2 1. Team Eligibility 1.1. Team Registration Teams must have registered via RMIT s UniOne event page, and pay via the portal. A link will be available in the Facebook event and here Roster Requirements For a team to eligible to play in the tournament, they are required to maintain the following conditions they must meet the following conditions: - A minimum of 5 players, and a maximum of 7 players. - 3 players must be currently enrolled RMIT students Professional Players Professional players, both OPL or OCS, may participate in the tournament at the approval of their respective organisations. 2. Entry Fee & Prizing 2.1. Entry Fee The entry fee consist of a full payment of $25 payable to RMIT LINK. This payment must be made prior to the commencement of the tournament Prizing Placing Prizes 1st Place - 5x $20 JB-Hi-Fi Gift Cards - 5x LoL Mystery Pop Vinyls 2nd Place - 5x $10 JB-Hi-Fi GIft Cards

3 3rd/4th Place - 1x $25 Captain Melville Gift Voucher 5th - 8th Place *note: RMIT Sports Certificates will be awarded to the players in a team s FINAL game. **note: more prizes TBA 3. Check-In Check-in will commence 30 minutes prior to the proposed time of the tournament. Please notify the tournament administrator of your presence so you may be seated prior to the beginning of the tournament. If you do not notify the tournament administrator of your presence, you may suffer penalties. Only one player needs to notify the tournament administrator for check-in. 4. Lobby Creation The team with the higher seed, i.e. 1 is a higher seed than 2, is required to host the lobby. Voice Chat Voice chat applications will be provided at ZEN Gaming Lounge. The following are available: - TeamSpeak3 - Discord - Skype

4 Please seek the reception desk in order to borrow one of these adapters. Note: Due to IP clashing, please note that Skype may not work, and TeamSpeak3 servers must be setup to enable multiple connections from one IP. 6. Player Equipment ZEN Gaming Lounge offers a wide variety of gaming peripherals. These include: - Steelseries Peripherals You may also bring your own peripherals, however, you may download and install specific programs for your peripherals. The maintenance of player equipment is the responsibility of the player. Please be respectful of other patrons and ZEN Gaming Lounge s peripherals. 7. Player Schedule The schedule is as follows: Thursday 12th of October Time 1.30PM 2.30PM Action Check-in Opens Check-in Closes PM Players set-up at their computers. 2.45PM 3.45PM Games 1, 2, 3, 4 begin Games 1, 2, 3, 4 finish PM Break 3.55PM 4.55PM Games 5, 6 begin. Games 5, 6 finish PM Break 5.05PM Game 7 (best of three) begins.

5 8PM Game 7 finishes (best of three) finishes. Please note that the above times are just approximates and are dependent on one hour maximum game time. 8. Pausing Teams may only pause for a maximum of 10 minutes each. Pause Allocation Red Team - 10 mins Blue Team - 10 mins Administrators - 10 mins Players may only pause the game if one of the following occurs: - Unintentional bug and/or glitch - Unintentional Disconnection - Hardware/Software malfunction - Physical interference with player and/or environment During the aforementioned pause, please notify the opposing team of the delay with reasoning. In addition to this, please contact the tournament admin to ensure that all parties are accounted for. Player illness or injury (unless caused by physical interference) is not an acceptable reason for a player pause. In such situations where a pause is inevitable, please contact a tournament administrator immediately. 9. Administration & Rule Changes Administration reserves the right to modify rules as needed, this includes changes due to software updates or release, weather, event organiser, server status and all other changes deemed necessary to run a successful tournament. Tournament administrators reserve the right to punish any teams that are disrespectful or discourteous. If any action is deemed disrespectful to players, administrators and/or spectators, the team may be subject to disqualification. If you believe a tournament administrator has illegitimately punished you, please notify another administrator.
