1 BIRTHDAY PARTIES! Looking for a UNIQUE and FUN kind of Birthday Party? Have an ART, CLAY, or GLASS Birthday Party at Country Home Learning & Art Center! All ART, CLAY & GLASS Parties are held at Country Home Learning & Art Center. ALL Parties are approx. 2 HOURS long! (An additional hour may be needed for LARGE wheel throwing parties ONLY- included) Parties are held any 2 hour time frame : Saturdays 10-4pm (or) Sundays between 12pm - 4pm. 6 Guest Minimum / 25 Guest Maximum for all Parties. Parties of 5 or less can schedule a studio "WALK -IN PARTY" a FREE-STYLE PARTY for: Pottery, Glass, Canvas Painting or Hand building with clay! Inquire for more information. Prices vary. Additional paper goods (1 plate, 1 napkin, 1 cup, 1 utensil) can be purchased for EXTRA guests staying & eating for $1.00 extra per guest. Any children playing outside at the playground MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT ATTENDING THE PARTY. Staff is not responsible for watching children outdoors. The playground is available for additional FUN! Most Parties have a PRIVATE PARTY ROOM. Your guests must stay with the party unless they choose to enjoy painting pottery, glass or canvas in the front of the studio, as seats are limited. A Deposit of 50% with Birthday Registration Form and information are all due approx. 2 weeks before the party date or as soon as possible in order for us to reserve your date & time for you. The remaining balance is paid in full on the day of the party. Deposits are non-refundable! We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master card, Discover or American Express. A fee of $50 will be charged for any bounced checks. AN ADDITIONAL PARTY HOUR IS AVAILABLE AT $50 EXTRA TO EXTEND A PARTY! 4 BIRTHDAY PARTY ART Projects to Choose From: Water COLOR FREE STYLE Magic! Make Magic! Join us as we cast a spell and learn how to blend colors with water! Students will love creating beautiful watercolor paintings while learning basic watercolor technique, cleanup, and color blending skills! Students will explore watercolors while using a variety of painting medias to help them create an amazing watercolor work of art! Tissue Paper Scrunching 101! A unique lesson that will relax the mind and work the hands! Birthday child parent will choose a theme for this project. Our studio will then create drawing boards for the theme selected. Children will decorate & design their boards into a 3- D tissue paper scrunching masterpiece! the end results of this project! LOTS OF FUN MATERIALS WILL BE AVAILABLE: Glitter, Sequins, Glue, & More! The Shapes Our Hands Create! This is a fun and colorful hands-on project that teaches students all about shapes the shapes their hands can create even when the shapes are hidden within our hand composition! 6 BIRTHDAY PARTY Registration /Agreement Form: A DEPOSIT OF 50% (1/2 down) of the selected party package is required 2 weeks prior to the party date or as soon as possible along with the completed registration form in order for us to reserve your party date & time on our calendar. ATTENTION PARENTS: IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ: We will confirm the number of participants with you the week of the party. After we confirm with you of the number of participants coming to the party, if they DO NOT SHOW -the day of the party- THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON THOSE PARTICIPANTS! YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE AMOUNT OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS THAT WAS FINALLY CONFIRMED! We apologize for those who do not show- however, our studio / staff is Purchasing, Preparing, & spending time Setting up for the final number of participants & we must charge for that. Please be sure your final head count is accurate & that your receive your RSVP's as you requested. The remaining of the balance MUST be paid the day of the scheduled party. There will be a $50 fee for any / all bounced checks. Fee will be paid directly to Kelly Gillow. All people in the party MUST leave by the end party time selected, due to other possible parties awaiting the party spot in the studio, unless additional party time is available. I understand that Country Home Learning & Art Center will not be held responsible in any way for any/all allergic reactions or any all/medical conditions that may occur with any food consumption or with the usage of any/all art or clay products. We will also not be held responsible in any way in the case of any injuries that may occur during any & all parties. You are responsible for yourself & your guests. If you choose to supply YOUR OWN decorations, balloons, streamers, cake, paper goods, etc YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SET-UP & CLEAN UP EVERYTHING PRIOR TO & AFTER THE PARTY. Studio staff will let you know where & what you may decorate. The studio must be completely free of any of these items after the party.

7 BIRTHDAY PARTY CANCELLATION POLICY: I also understand that in the case of a party cancelation, 24 hour notice is required. All deposits are non-refundable. Country Home Learning & Art Center will NOT refund the required 50% deposit. A new party date can be selected & the party will be RE-SCHEDULED.
