In addition, as of 2008, we began to offer a line of standard products. The foundation of the company stems from an established history in the mixed-signal semiconductor industry. Our designers possess the specific skills, experience, and knowledge that are crucial in High Voltage, Radio Frequency, and Mixed Signal development. W e are located in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany, a city with a long standing history in the semiconductor industry with the focus on research, production and trade in the Berlin-Brandenburg area. 9 Power Management AMG-PI004 ICC 5VDC...60VDC 4.2A The complementary H-Bridge consists of 2 PMOS/NMOS transistor pairs, thus being a fully integrated power stage. Based on latest trench-technology the input gate capacity is very low, making it suitable for high switching applications, specifically motor control and lighting. 10 Motor Control AMG-XB403 AMG-XB VDC...5.5VDC ICC 60mA This IC is a feature rich SoC providing a single chip solution for motor control, including Digital Motor Control Engine (DMCE), Power Factor Correction (PFC), high level system including MCU, & Switch Mode Power (SMPS). Its multi-core design enables parallel execution of all system functions while keeping the MCU load to a minimum. The DMCE includes a processing unit, PWM generator, & a power stage drive allowing for sensorless drive.
