The Sigma-5 servo in combination with the Trajexia motin control give full control of each movement. The machine uses picking techniques to place components on PC s. The procedure must be very accurate, as the component pins must be placed at um accuracy. This is solved using the Sigma-5 series servo system because its dynamic perfomance. The chip molding process is another candidate application. In this case the actual chip must be placed in high speed, but also very accurate.
