1 APPENDIX F - NATIONWIDE DISTRIBUTION PLAN If the Bidder plans to use a nationwide network of subcontractors/dealers/distributors in the performance of this Contract, provide responses to each of the following issues in an attachment to this Appendix. Describe your contract management and communication plan for supplying nationwide distribution of products and services offered. Contract Management Plan The contract will be centrally managed at the Comlab head office. Even though local dealers & Reps will offer pre-order support, orders will be booked, validated and confirmed directly by Comlab. Invoicing for products will be from Comlab, while any special configuration and installation fees will be invoiced by the local dealer performing the work. Communication Plan Comlab will communicate information to NASPO public safety agencies through various means such as: A personalized private web page with login ID & password to access all Davicom product user manuals and software downloads. Regular communications to each NASPO public safety agency for software updates, product releases, product updates and administration changes.
