Summary ShenZhen INVT Electric co,.ltd developed high voltage inverter base on world cuspidate power electronics technological products IGBT to drive high voltage motor variable frequency timing with high power and efficiency, which will exert high voltage induction-motor to save energy. High voltage inverter is used for great equipment energy saving reconstruction project in our country, which can reduce energy dissipation for motor about 30% energy saving effect. It can not only promote energy utilization ratio, but also prolong life time of equipment for customer,high voltage inverter support customer to cut down maintenance and function expense ensure electroquality and reliability. INVT HVI series high voltage inverter meet voltage

4 and current harmonics distortion requirement in the world with voltage ±15% fluctuation design and suit for grid condition of Chinese mine. It adopt SPWM modulate technology work with special waveform disposal method to promote efficiency and reduce heating of inverter greatly. CHH series comply with rigorously standardization of manufacture technics flow with technification of phase shift, photoelectricity isolation in control board and power board, we do high/lowtemperature burning test for all high voltage inverter follow ISO9000 quality manage regulation to guarantee it high reliability. Figure 1-1 INVT-HVI series 6KV high voltage inverter typical circuit topology. Each phase is consisted by several power unit serial with natural point in midair. INVT-HVI series exert multi-level SPWM phase shift modulated superposition technology on high voltage variable frequency timing system with serial electric structure. It can conquer power item over voltage and depress dv/dt issue. In order to knock-down input harmonics and reduce the pollution to the grid, we introduce the multicurrent in our products. Main control system based on DSP and CPLD working with signal collector, invert control unit, fibers communication circuit and PLC. Every power unit is separated by phase shift transformer which generate phase difference to eliminate current harmonics coming from inverter unit, reducing high voltage interference to grid and promoting power factor. Every phase has 6 pcs invert power unit and each power unit can bear virtual value voltage 580V which make up of output voltage 6kV. Figure 1-2, Output voltage is perfect sine wave containing little harmonics.

5 Invert power unit is composed by three phase input and H bridge inverter output, Rectify transformer second side is 690V as input of three phase full-bridge rectifier through thermal breaker changing to be DC signal, DC signals will be inverted by H bridge to generate PWM modulated AC signal after capacity filter. Every power unit have the same electric characteristic and could be interchanged. Inverter can automatic bypass the inverter power unit to advance reliability. Technology High reliability: DSP +CPLD control system possess real time and high reliability. Fiber communication between control system and power unit can shield environmental electromagnetic interference and isolate high voltage to promote reliability and anti-jamming of system. Adopt new generation IGBT with big margin increase overload capability. It can be protected in time when short, over current, over load, over voltage etc error happen with excellent protection system. If power unit get in trouble, the system can bypass the fault and continue running. Control method: touch screen, program, analog potentiometer, Voltage source, current source, communication ports etc. control instruction input channel. flexible, easy control methods, inline PID intermediator constitute simple close-loop system. Built- in RS485 communication ports, it can provide protection immediately when power unit get in trouble including short circuit, over current, over load. INVT-CHH series high voltage inverter introduce the multicurrent in our products to reduce the pollution to grid, promote power factor and meet GB and IEEE std requirement of electrical quality contain voltage and current distortion without power factor compensation and harmonics restrain equipment. Shift phase transformer has high grade isolation(h), high maximum operation temperature, high input resistor. Figure indicate high voltage inverter input current waveform. AVR: High voltage inverter can automatic adjust DC bus usage following input voltage fluctuation to self-correct output voltage. Even though grid voltage fluctuate greatly, output voltage is still stable.

6 INVT-CHH series high voltage adopt multi PWM modulate technology with serial power unit structure to generate output multi-level without output transformer driving high voltage motor directly which have a lot of advantage like small dv/dt, perfect voltage, current waveform to avoid motor fever heat and knock-down torque undulate. It can protect high voltage motor from common voltage and dv/dt influence no matter how long the high voltage inverter output cable it is. Technology INVT-CHH100 series high voltage variable-frequency convertor own 98% efficiency higher than other form inverter system. Because Other types high voltage speed shift system need power factor compensator and harmonics filter equipment. INVT-CHH100 series high voltage variable frequency convertor adopt function attenuation to decrease motor iron loss to promote efficiency and energy saving effect of motor. The inverter built-in by-pass circuit to ensure motor work continuous. When the invert power unit failed, it can be switched to bypass circuit within 1 ms using AC power as power supply to maintain high voltage motor working. Easy maintenance: Building block structure, each inverter power unit is mounted in isolated shelves. We only remove 5 wiring terminals and pull in or out 2 fiber ports that make it very convenient to replace failed power unit. When high voltage timing system get in trouble, Control display indicate the malfunction and solution in order to provide shortcut approach for customer maintenance. During examine and repair the equipment, input 380VAC three phase to low voltage test port to overhaul, debug making it safe and shortcut.
