3 The Muddy reek Artists Guild invites you to visit several of our artists and their studios in lovely southern Anne Arundel ounty for our 3rd Annual Studio Tour! This self-guided driving tour takes travelers through the scenic farmland and shoreline communities of hesapeake Bay country to 13 open studios, hosting the work of 14 artists across a variety of different media. Have you ever wondered about the how or why behind an artist s creation? This studio open house tour is a great opportunity to get behind-the-scenes and talk with artists directly! Studio Tour MUDDY REEK ARTISTS GUILD S 2018 Plan Your Trip Today! The studios will be open from 11:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., both Saturday, September 29 and again on Sunday, September 30, You can visit one or all of the participating artist studios, though careful planning may be needed to visit all 13. Start Your Journey Here! 1) Look through the participating artist directory starting on page 4. Each entry provides a sample of their work, as well as their address and additional information (see the key below). 2) Select the studios you must see and plot your basic route. Note that devices with GPS can be very helpful in navigation, but are not always completely reliable in rural areas like this. 3) Follow the signs! Our distinctive signage will help guide you on your journey along local roads leading to your destinations. The signature blue and white balloons indicate you ve arrived at your destination! Did you get turned around? If you find yourself in a pinch, don t hesitate to contact the artists for help getting back on track to reach your destination.
