1 2019 Carolina Beach Street Arts Festival May 4th (Rain date May 5th) Artist Vendor Application From 10 am to 4 pm Carolina Beach Lake Lake Park Blvd Carolina Beach, NC Thank you for your interest in applying to the Carolina Beach Street Arts Festival. The Island Arts and Culture Alliance is pleased to present this year s festival. This year s Festival will be held around Carolina Beach Lake. The Festival has out-grown the downtown space and needed to have easier set-up and tear-down for our vendors. This festival is a celebration of the arts with a mission to provide, free to the public, the highest quality arts in many forms. The Festival s objective is to increase appreciation, support and sales of art by involving the public in the creative process through demonstrations, hands-on-programs and access to art in different media. The Festival has three themes Visual art, Performing art, and Culinary art and a main event that involves artists interacting with the public to create works of art. Every effort is being made to make this festival a top event in our region. Marketing and Promotions The Festival s multi-media advertising campaign markets the festival throughout the Southeast region in print ads, print and digital ads in regional radio & television ads. The Festival is also marketed through festival brochures, social media, digital advertising, the Carolina Beach Street Arts Festival website and Facebook pages. General Information To ensure high quality fine art and fine craft artists, this is a juried application process. In support of the Festival s objective, artists are encouraged to demonstrate their art for the enjoyment and the education of the festival attendees.
