3 GENERAL INFORMATION 1. All orders or changes must be submitted in writing. We are not responsible for any oral orders or changes. 2. Fabric samples must include a clear description of the fabric with your order indicating the correct side and direction you wish the fabric to run. We cannot process orders if any information is omitted. 3. We will not be held responsible for any costs should you or the fabric supplier mismark the fabric. 4. We are not responsible if we do not detect damaged fabrics before they are processed by us. 5. There will be an additional labor charge of $35.00 when we are requested to work around damaged or irregular fabrics. 6. Our maximum liability for fabrics damaged during processing is $25.00 per yard. 7. We will insure your package for double the cost of our labor, unless otherwise specified in your order. 8. Claims on workmanship must be submitted within 30 days of delivery for consideration and/or evaluation. Claims due to damage resulting from an accident, alterations, misuse, abuse, misapplication, normal wear and tear or exposure to the elements are not valid. Fabric Quilters must be given the opportunity to examine the product and evaluate the claim. 9. We cannot accept cancellations after fabric has been cut. 10. Crating charges will be based on size and complexity of the container. 11. Express service add 35% to total labor charge. 12. When bed sheets are supplied, add 20% to the total price. 13. TERMS: Net 10 days from date of invoice to rated accounts. Orders are invoiced when work is completed and sent to our shipping department for delivery or pick up. 14. All prices, terms and specifications are subject to change without notice. 15. PRE-QUILTED, VINYL, UPHOLSTERY WEIGHT OR NAPPED FABRICS ADD 15% TO TOTAL PRICE 16. Fabric and materials left over 1 year will be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion. 17. If C.O.M. lining is supplied only send the yardage required for the order. C.O.M. linings will not be stored by us for future orders. 18. Fabric Quilters is not responsible for any excess fabric, unless specific instructions are included in your order. 3
