There is no entry fee. Exhibitors, upon delivery of their article or articles to the proper department, will be given an exhibitors ticket which will bear the identifying numbers of the exhibit. This entitles Exhibitors to purchase one (1) Exhibitor Admission Ticket ($8.00 value) for $4.00 for each item entered. These Special Tickets are available in the Exhibition Hall when entering your items. THEY WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON ANY OTHER DATES. ONLY ONE TICKET PER ITEM ENTERED. Tickets will be Void if reproduced or tampered with in any way. Exhibits which have been erroneously entered may, at the discretion of the Director in Charge and Superintendent of the Department, be transferred to the proper class previous to the judging. If such classes have been judged they shall not be re-judged. shall be paid only on awards indicated by Judges records. Names shall be covered on exhibits until judging is completed. In the absence of competition in any class, the right is reserved to award premiums which the exhibit merits.

4 4 4-H Family and Consumer Sciences Personal entries must be made in Exhibition Building #1 (Old Main) on the Fairgrounds, Wednesday, September 6, 2:00-6:00 p.m. Exhibits must be picked up Monday, September 18 between 12:00 noon and 7:00 p.m. Rules: Exhibitor must be carrying 4-H foods projects as noted to be eligible to enter classes. Foods other than canned goods should be displayed on a paper plate and covered with plastic wrap. See class listings for number of items to be displayed. Posters must measure 14 x 22 to be judged. They will be judged on the basis of visual impact, creativity, neatness, accuracy. Poster must have been exhibited at the York County 4-H Fair. Division 4-H Food I Spy in the Kitchen 1. Exhibitor must provide table cover to carry out the theme. The 4-H Emblem and reference to 4-H work must be included as part of the exhibit. Exhibit must be form the current year. Prior approval must be given from the Penn State Cooperative Extension office before entry. The exhibit is to be entered in the Club Treasurer s Name. The exhibits should be 4 feet square and be static or may have movable parts. The exhibits should be accompanied by promotional materials for the public. Exhibit should be entered in the Club Treasurers name and must include contact information for the club represented.
