1 DEPARTMENT 18 NEEDLECRAFT 2018 RULES AND REGULATIONS: ENTRIES ACCEPTED: Thursday, July 26, :00 AM to 5:00 PM in Home Ec Building Judges: Cathy Brady, Uniontown, PA Marty Dinsmore, Wind Ridge, PA 1. THE EXHIBITOR MUST HAVE MADE ALL ARTICLES OF CLOTHING SINCE THE CLOSE OF LAST YEAR S FAIR. 1. No article can compete in more than 1 class. 2. All articles must be laundered and ironed. 3. Each exhibit is to be judged on workmanship; worth of an article, appropriateness of material and design. 4. Each exhibit to consist of 1 garment. Each garment to be judged on material, color, design, suitability, and workmanship. 5. Chairperson may reject all items made before last year's Fair. 6. Only 1 entry per person per class. 7.
