BrainAnalyst is the Complete and Innovative Neuro-Image Processing Software Solution dedicated to the analysis of Brain MRI Diffusion (Mono and Multi-Compartimental), Diffusion Tensor (DTI, HARDI or DSI), Perfusion (Dynamic Susceptibility Contrast, Dynamic Contrast Enhanced & ASL), functional MRI (Box Car, Events Related or Resting State paradigms), Fibertracking, Voxel-Based Morphometry, Structural, Functional & Effective Connectomics, Brain Functions Evaluations, and also offers to the End Users Learning-Oriented Vascular, Grey and White Matter Structural and Functional Neuro-Anatomy Atlases. BrainAnalyst is the gathering of all Innovatives Resarches conducted by Pr Denis Ducreux in Neuro-Images Processing and Neural-Networks Artificial Intelligence during the last 20 years, and offers to the End Users all cutting edge technologies in Neuro-Images Processing. BrainAnalyst was developped by Pr Denis Ducreux with special dedication to the End User: all processes are fully automatized, without any requiered User interaction, providing results in few minutes which can be widely broadcasted on PACS, Review Workstations and even Smartphones. All processes are starting with pre-processing tasks such as Brain Masking, Motion Correction and Template Registration, to ensure in any circumstances the most accurate results. Quality Control checking are available for the End Users in all Automated Tasks to provide efficient control on the provided results. BrainAnalyst works in various environments, either on Microsoft Windows, Apple MacOS, or Linux Operating Systems, even on MRI Manufacturer Workstations Systems, in several configurations, from Single User Workstation to Multi-Site Local Server configurations. BrainAnalyze Team is very proud to introduce all the End Users to the Fascinating World of the "Analyzing the Brain in Function".

Stroke Analysis using BrainAnalyst is a very fast, accurate and convient process, based on robust ischemia areas detection algorithm which provides you an easy access to the involved arterial territory. From the MRI, send your DWI and / or PWI images to BrainAnalyst Server or Workstation, and just wait few minutes before beeing able to read the ADC map, and having access to the automatically identified ischemic arterial territory. BrainAnalyst identifies and quantifies the Stroke Volume either on ADC or PWI using absolute MTT maps, computes the DWI / PWI mismatch volume and percentage, and send back the results on your PACS or even on your SmartPhone! Keywords - Absolute Quantitative Analysis - Automated Process - Automated Arteies Labelling - Access Results from Anywhere

Fibertracking Analysis using BrainAnalyst ease you the Fibers Bundles Extraction, Quantitation and Scoring. Let BrainAnalyst do the job for you ; an automated efficient algorithm will extract and identify from any DTI / DSI / HARDI MR Sequence 58 anatomically known Fibers Bundles (Limbic System, Arcuates, Uncinates, Corpus Callosum,...) and 116 Grey-to-Grey Fibers Connections, will score them, analyze their DTI parameters variations, computes the Brain Structural Connectomic, and once done will Keywords - Global Fibertracking - VOI / Grey / Pathway - Interactive Tagging Cube - Deterministic / Probabilistic - Automated Bundles Extraction - Quantitative DTI Parameters - Structural Connectomic send back the results to your Local Review Workstation or PACS. If you want to adjust or visualize other Fibers Bundles, the interactive Tagging Cube is one of the five available methods to track the Fibers, easing you the reading in Mild Brain Injuries, Tumor, or other Fibertracking cases. Fibertracking is also available manually for other locations (Spinal Cord, Cranial Nerves, aso...)

Tumor Analysis using BrainAnalyst is based on a patented combined estimation of Perfusion and Permeability in regular T2* MRI sequence with Contrast Leakage Correction and Absolute Quantitative Analysis of Perfusion and Permeability. Angiogenesis detection using this method is fully automatized, and BrainAnalyst recognizes and quantifies areas of Hyperperfusion (with absolute CBV) and Hyperpermability (fbv or kps) reflecting Angiogenesis and Blood-Brain-Barrier disruption. Peri-Tumoral oedema with tumoral cells infiltration is also evaluated using Multi-Compartimental Diffusion, extracting areas of abnormal cells involvement (cgm) and quantifying the proliferative activity of these cells (cfl). Performing Diffusion and Perfusion sequences on your MRI system, in less than 3 minutes BrainAnalyst sends all the results to your PACS or local review Workstation and offers an unique «added value» to your case reading. Keywords - Perfusion / Permeability Estimation - Contrast Leakage Correction - Absolute Quantitative Analysis - Angiogenesis / Cellular Activity - Automated Process - Involved Structures recognition

Keywords - Box Car, Event, Resting State - Automated Process - Activation Clusters Quantitate - Activation Clusters Locations - Langage Lateralization Index - Functionnal Connectomic Functional MRI Analysis using BrainAnalyst lets you visualize the «Brain in Function». On your MRI system, just perform Box Car, Event Related or Resting State Paradigms, and BrainAnalyst will automatically detect the activations design matching your MRI acquisition. All processes are fully automatized. Based on General Linear Model, the Activations Clusters detection algorithm recognizes and quantitates the activated Brain areas, computes the Brain Functional Connectomic related to your acquisition, and in few minutes the results are available and sent back to your Local Review Workstation or PACS, easing you the analysis of e.g. complex Cognitive or Motor / Langage pre-surgical planning tasks (including Lateralization Index), auditory, olfactory, or Resting State acquisitions in Mild Brain Injuries, Degenerative Diseases or other cases.

Using its patented algorithm, BrainAnalyst computes in an automated way the Structural Connectomic maps from your DTI / HARDI / DSI MRI acquisition, the Functional Connectomic from your fmri acquisitions, and gathering all these informations, BrainAnalyst processes the Effective Connectomic, reflecting the circuitry of the «Brain in Function». Quantitating the Structural Connectomic Integrity, and the Functional Connectomic Synchronicity, it assesses 408 known Brain Functions, giving you access to the «Brain Neural Networks» adaptability in Brain Functions such as «Verbal Fluency», «Emotional Regulation», «Episodic Memory Retrieval», «Attention», «Task Planning», aso... These informations matching those obtained by Neuro-psychologist Tests will ease you the evaluations of Mild Brain Injuries, Depressive, Mild Cognitive Impairement or other patients. Keywords - DTI Structural Connectomic - fmri Functional Connectomic - Effective Connectomic - Brain Functions Quantitation - Automated Process

Keywords - Any Volumic MRI Acquisition - Segmentation GM, WM & CSF Grey & 58 White Matter Areas - Grey & White Atrophy Quantitation - Automated Process Single Subject Voxel Based Morphometry is performed by BrainAnalyst on any volumic MRI acquisition, T1, T2, or FLAIR. The software performs the regular pre-processing of the MRI data (Brain Masking and Registration to Morphological Template), then segment and extract Grey Matter, White Matter and CSF. Once done, the software automatically identifies Grey and White Matter structures using its own templates, locate and quantify the volumetry of 116 Grey Matter areas (Hippocampi, amygdalae, Thalami, Lenticular Nuclei, Frontal, Parietal, Temporal, Occipital cortices, Insula,...), and 58 White Matter Bundles (Fornix, Cingulates, Arcuates, Uncinates, Corpus Callosum, Cortico-spinal Tracts, Superior Fronto-Occipital Fasciculi, aso...), and send back the results to your PACS or local Review Workstation, easying you the quantitating of Brain Atrophy Areas.

Arterial Spin Labelling MR sequences processed by BrainAnalyst produce highly accurate quantitative Cerebral Blood Flow (CBF) maps without needing any contrast injection. Either 2D or 3D continous or pulsed sequences can be processed by the software, which performs regular pre-processing preparation (Brain Masking, Motion Correction, Registration to Template) before computing CBF maps. The results can Keywords - 2D / 3D Coninous / Pulsed ASL - Quantitative CBF maps - No contrast injeciton - Pregant or Children Patients - Automated Process be sent to your PACS or Review Workstation for further Analysis. ASL is a convient way of assessing the Brain Perfusion in case of Brain Tumors or Stroke for example, also for children or pregnant patients where contrast injection may be an issue.

Dynamic Contrast Enhancement (DCE) Analysis made by BrainAnalyst is derived from the well known «Toft & Kermode» compartments model, which is an efficent way to estimate in Brain diseases the Brain Blood Barrier Disruption in MRI T1 weighted sequences. BrainAnalyst process the Dynamic T1 MRI data in a semi-automatic way (no regular pre-processing, aka Brain Masking, Motion Correction,... of the data) Keywords - MRI T1 dynamic Gd sequences - Toft & Kermode derived model - Quantitative Permeability maps - Brain & other Organs - Semi-Automated Process to let you use this dynamic estimation on other organs (e.g. Hypophyses, E.N.T. structures, aso...). BrainAnalyst computes quantitative permeability maps (fractional Blood Volume - fbv, and Surfacic Permeability Constant - kps) easing you the evaluation in T1 of permability abnormalites or BHE disruption. The results can be sent to the PACS or your local review Workstation.

BrainAnalyst Solutions are available in several environments (Microsoft Windows, Apple MacOS, Linux, MRI Manufacturer Workstations), with configurations starting from the dedicated Single User Workstation up to Multi-Site Local Server. Computer Hardware will be choosed to support BrainAnalyst needs according to your requests and planned activities. Prior to Installation, BrainAnalyze Team will check if the selected BrainAnalyst configuration is matching your needs and is fully compliant with your MRI environment. When done, BrainAnalyze Team Member will come to your site to install the software on a dedicated pre-selected Computer Hardware, and will set up BrainAnalyst to work with your PACS and Review Workstations environement. At the end of the installation process, BrainAnalyze Team will help you setting up your MRI device in DWI, PWI, fmri sequences if needed, and will train you using BrainAnalyst. When this training will be completed, you'll receive a Training Certificate ensuring you to use your newly installed BrainAnalyst configuration at its best.
