Neural Function Measuring System MEE-1000A 16/32 ch. Intraoperative Monitoring System
Neural function monitoring during operation for safer surgery For more than 60 years, healthcare providers worldwide have relied on the quality and reliability of Nihon Kohden s comprehensive and innovative line of neuro-diagnostic and neuro-monitoring instruments. Nihon Kohden uses its half century experience in neurology to develop dedicated instruments for intraoperative monitoring which offer the most flexible and comprehensive recording. 2
Multi-modality Monitoring In addition to various stimulation such as electrical, audio, and photic stimulus, high voltage stimulation equipment with remote control is optionally available. Flexible multi-modality monitoring is required for intraoperative monitoring for example, multiple monitoring of SEP/efferent pathway and tcmep/efferent pathway, and ABR/auditory nerve function and facial nerve mapping and spontaneous EMG. Spinal Cord Function Motor and Sensory Function Cranial Nerve Function Ischemia Optic Nerve Function Frexible programming with combination of monitoring protocols 3
Intraoperative Mo 16 and 32 channel amplifiers You can select from 16 or 32 channel amplifiers to acquire waveforms. 64 inputs breakout boxes The Neuromaster utilizes small and compact breakout boxes for waveform acquisition and stimulation. These individual breakout boxes can be placed either at the head or foot of the OR bed to help eliminate extension cords and long electrode wires. The 16-channel amplifier can use either 1 or 2 breakout boxes for a total of 32, 40 or 48 inputs. The 32-channel amplifier uses up to three breakout boxes for a total of 64 inputs Breakout Box Up to 22 sites stimulation pods The JS-101B stimulation pod has 5 stimulation outputs (0 ma-100 ma). Four stimulation pods can be connected to provide up to 20 stimulators. The JS-102B stimulation pod is designed for low level stimulation (0 ma- 10 ma in 0.1 steps). Up to 2 low level pods can be connected x2 Stimulation Pod Up to 22 stimulation sites are freely controlled with an optional extension unit MS-110B. Flexible layout of recording and stimulation electrodes Breakout box A Left upper limb stimulation SSEP C3-Fz Right upper limb stimulation SSEP C4-Fz Left lower limb stimulation SSEP Cz-Fz Right lower limb stimulation SSEP Cz-Fz Left Right Stimulation pod A Left Median nerve stimulation Right Median nerve stimulation Breakout box B Left Thenar muscles EMG Left Tibialis anterior muscles EMG Breakout box B Right Thenar muscles EMG Right Tibialis anterior muscles EMG Stimulation pod B Left Tibialis posterior nerve stimulation Right Tibialis posterior nerve stimulation Breakout Boxes and Stimulation Pods 4
nitoring Solution Options Extension Unit, MS-120BK When connect to the Neuromaster, the extension unit can output high or low current pulses to measure evoked potentials. Camera Capture Unit, QI-120A Images during operation can be attached to the waveforms. Microscope images can be displayed using a QI-120A camera capture unit. By capturing images synchronized with measurements, the images of operation in stimulation can be stored simultaneously. This is especially useful in functional mapping. Extension Unit MS-120BK Internal Control You can check the progress status of operations in real time. 5m Amp Unit JB-132B Extension Unit MS-110B 5
Flexible Workflow Solutions NeuroWorkbench is the core integrator of Nihon Kohden s neurology product portfolio. This common interface allows for examination scheduling, protocol administration and data management that improve workflow. NeuroWorkbench provides HIPAA compliant access to clinical data and records with passwords and three levels of administrative rights, as well as audit trails. A flexible NeuroWorkbench option includes an HL7 interface. The NeuroWorkbench SQL Database integrates all of Nihon Kohden s neurology devices to provide a complete database across all neuro-diagnostic and monitoring modalities.
