These connectors are rated 600 V max for building wire and 1000 V for fixtures and signs in locations where the temperature does not exceed 105 C. They are intended for use on a wire range of No. 22 to 10 AWG solid or stranded when installed with PIDG tooling Die set with tools: SDE Bench Terminator , Battery Tool ,-2, 626 Adapter , and TYCO SDE PEW 12 crimp tool, and AWG stranded when installed with TETRA-CRIMP tooling. Butt Type Connectors (Cat. No ) in Size No (white with red stripe) are insulated and rated 105 C, 600 V max. (1000 V in a fixture or sign). SOLISTRAND - These devices are uninsulated pressure wire connectors intended to be installed with the manufacturer's Type W hand, CERTI-LOK hand, or power driven tools. These connectors are Listed for a wire range of Nos MCM stranded wires and Nos AWG solid copper wires. Additionally, Cat. No covered in Ill. 195 is rated for No. 10 and 12 AWG solid copper wires assembled with the crimp tooling specified for SOLISTRAND terminal connectors in this report Additionally, Cat.
