Fair Oaks Ave., Suite 352 Pasadena, CA Phone: The Korean Prosecutors Association (KPA) is a global non-profit organization of public prosecutors of Korean descent formed for the purpose of networking, information-sharing, mentoring, and serving the community by providing information and education on matters concerning the public and public safety. About KPA KPA was formed on August 28, 2010, in Los Angeles, California, with its inauguration held at the residence of the Korean Consul General in Los Angeles. On May 21, 2011, at the U.S.-Korea Criminal Law Forum in Los Angeles, KPA established formal ties with the Republic of Korea, Ministry of Justice, Prosecution Service Division with a signed Memorandum of Understanding to continually support each other through networking and information-sharing. In 2012 and 2013, KPA hosted its International Criminal Law Conferences in Los Angeles, California, which included KPA members from around the world, including Republic of Korea, Brazil, Canada, Commonwealth of Australia, and Germany. In 2015, the Republic of Korea, Ministry of Justice, and Supreme Prosecutors Office, co-hosted KPA s 2015 International Criminal Law Conference in Seoul, Korea. KPA s membership expanded internationally to include representatives from England and New Zealand. The majority of KPA s membership from U.S. comes from Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington, and Washington, D.C.
