2 Who are we? EYES is an exciting organization that unites like-minded entrepreneurs from all over the world, who share the same values in their lives. The society consists of around 150 highly selected members coming from 32 different countries and speaking 16 different languages. Our members are running businesses across virtually every industry: utilities, food distribution, healthcare, art, fashion, real estate, finance, Internet and more. The combined revenues across the membership are over $500m annually. - Emerging Young Entrepreneurs Society (EYES) We are a global circle of leaders who value authentic connections, business excellence, and creating something greater than ourselves. Relationships matter most. Since 2004, we ve been organizing local and international events to support each other by sharing our knowledge, trust, and inspiration. To maintain intimacy and integrity, we will cap membership at 360 entrepreneurs. What do we do? Our purpose is to create lasting bonds by bringing together the world s 360 most extraordinary young entrepreneurs. For over 10 years, EYES has gathered international young entrepreneurs in an environment of mutual trust and respect. Throughout the year, we organize events where our members meet, learn and get inspired. We invite speakers with different backgrounds from the highest echelons of business, politics, arts, social impact and more. During these events, we balance the experience with 50% member interaction, 25% speaker focus and 25% social/fun time. In addition to the EYES Global Events, local chapters organize curated events for more interative learning.

3 Membership profile EYES is a society with an extensive member selection process. To be considered for the organization, candidates are recommended by current members. Every candidate must fulfill the following basic criteria: Is between years of age Is an entrepreneur Has international experience Is fluent in English The EYES members can be traditional entrepreneurs, family entrepreneurs or high impact social entrepreneurs. What they mean CAMARADERIE: We care about each other by acting with respect, openness, and generosity. EXCELLENCE: We believe in hard work and quality without taking shortcuts. IMPACT: We aim to create something greater than ourselves through our leadership. INTEGRITY: Our trust and integrity allows us to support each other so we can be our best. The Member recruitment process EYES Core Values Four simple values make up the core of who we are and how we act: camaraderie, excellence, impact, and integrity. They guide the decisions we make as an organization and help us evaluate potential members. These leadership values keep us in check. Are we providing a safe and trusting environment where members can be honest? Are we bringing in members who inspire us both professionally and personally? Candidate Prospective Guest Member Guest Member Full Member The candidate completes an application form. Three members of the Membership Committee conduct three interviews with the candidate. The candidate becomes a Prospective Guest Member (PGM) and is invited to a Global Event. The PGM becomes a Guest Member after an endorsement during their first Global Event. The Guest Member attends a second Global Event for a final evaluation to be a Full Member. Yearly Full Member member evaluations ensure ongoing quality and engagement.

Our most recent events took places in Tallinn, Sao Paulo, Madrid, Dubai, New York, Amsterdam, and Shanghai. Each global event revolves around a specific theme.
