3 KEYNOTE SPEAKER NICOLA HORLICK, CEO Money&Co Nicola has been a leading fund manager in the City of London for over thirty years. During that time, she has set up and managed several investment businesses. She now chairs a private equity business, is CEO of Money&Co a P2P lending platform, a film-development company, and is a director of an NHS Foundation Trust. For over twenty years Nicola has been responsible for leading the development of some of the UK s best known fund management companies, including Mercury Asset Management (now BlackRock), Morgan Grenfell Asset Management (now Aberdeen Asset Managers) and SG Asset Management, where she built assets under management to 7 billion within three years. In 2004, Nicola set up Bramdean Asset Management LLP with Sir Derek Higgs, which sold the bulk of its business to Aberdeen Asset Management at the end of In 2011, Nicola became one of the founding partners and Chairman of Rockpool Investments LLP, a private equity business. 4 OUR PANEL CHARLOTTE (Charlie) MASON Angel Investor, NED, Investment Network & Keynote Speaker Charlotte is an Angel Investor with a portfolio of 21 investments and has also has helped 100s of companies raise seed capital. Her experience includes; Director of an angel investment network to mentoring at several organisations including the Astia Entrepreneur Programme, Atlantic Accelerator, Rockstar Mentoring Group, Seedcamp, Springboard, Emerge Venture Lab and the Cherie Blair Foundation. She is also NED and Board Advisor to Pavegen Systems Limited, INSEAD National Alumni Association, Loughborough University Alumni and Entrepreneur-in-Residence. Observing market opportunity, she has subsequently cofounded three successful businesses. SEAN REAL Angel Investor, Board Member, NED, VC Advisor Sean is an active investor with over 50 companies in his portfolio. He is an advisor to several Venture Funds and large well-known companies. Sean has worked in senior roles for large international companies as well as early stage businesses. He has led or supported deals more than 1.1 Billion including trade sales, IPO and MBO as well as complex property transactions. Sean has held a number of senior positions including as Chairman, CEO and NED of public companies. DUSICA HANNAH LUKAC Fintech Expert Dusica is a seasoned professional and MBA-qualified Financial Investment Strategist. With the experience in the fundraising and investing from alphabet funding, via M&A to ICOs. She establish the Stizzbuzz advisory that was rewarded the best Fintech Consultancy 2018 in Central Europe. Ms. Lukac serves as advisor and non-executive director with Ryzgo, Conda Crowd investing, TokenMatch, Oxcert protocol and others.
