Who are we? EYES is an exciting organization that unites similar minded young individuals from all over the world, who share the same entrepreneurial spirit and values in their lives.

Our members are running businesses across virtually every industry: utilities, food distribution, healthcare, art, fashion, real estate, finance, Internet and more.

The Emerging Young Entrepreneurs Society (EYES) is the international society for extraordinary young individuals with unique entrepreneurial talent.

2 Who are we? EYES is an exciting organization that unites similar minded young individuals from all over the world, who share the same entrepreneurial spirit and values in their lives. The society consists of around 150 highly selected members coming from 32 different countries and speaking 16 different languages. Our members are running businesses across virtually every industry: utilities, food distribution, healthcare, art, fashion, real estate, finance, Internet and more. The combined revenues across the membership are over $200m annually. The Emerging Young Entrepreneurs Society (EYES) is the international society for extraordinary young individuals with unique entrepreneurial talent. EYES brings together these individuals in an environment of trust, friendship and inspiration. EYES organizes global and local events where we encourage both entrepreneurial thinking and entrepreneurial action. EYES is a recommendation based society. New members can be only introduced by senior members, which is followed by an extensive selection process. What do we do? For more than 10 years now, EYES has kept its core purpose to bring together international young people with entrepreneurial traits in an environment of trust, where they can meet, learn and exchange from one another. Several times a year we organize events where our members meet, interact and get inspired. We invite speakers with different backgrounds from the highest echelons of business, politics, arts, social impact and more. During these events, the organization strives to apply a balanced formula which consists of 50% member interaction, 25% speaker focus and 25% social/fun time. Apart from the EYES Global Events, the local chapters organize local get togethers and dinners.

3 Membership profile EYES is a closed society with an extensive member selection process. In order to join the organization, a candidate must be recommended by one of our senior members. Every potential candidate must fulfill the following basic criteria: Be between years of age Already an entrepreneur or have clear intentions to become an entrepreneur during Guest Membership Has international experience Fluent in English The EYES members can be students, pure blood entrepreneurs, family entrepreneurs, social entrepreneurs, founding employees at startups or can have high impact training jobs. EYES Leadership values Integrity Responsibility Innovation Vision Attitude Commitment Team work Thoroughness Excellence Team development The Member recruitment process Candidate Prospective Guest Member Guest Member Full Member Key member characteristics The EYES members share three key characteristics: they are highly trustworthy they have entrepreneurial track record and/or have high potential for entrepreneurial success they posses the EYES leadership values A candidate is recommended by a senior member of EYES The candidate fills in an application form Three interviews are scheduled with three members of the EYES Membership Committee Following positive evaluation, the candidate becomes a Prospective Guest Member and is invited to our Global Events Following positive evaluation during the first attended Global Event, the Prospective Guest Member becomes a Guest Member of EYES. Following positive evaluation during the 2nd attended Global Event, the Guest Member becomes a Full Member of the organization.
