7 way on social media. Our goal turn online conversations into real-world initiatives that raise your profile and strengthen your professional and civic relationships. 10:30 am It s All about Driving Growth, Product versus Customer Centric Models Matt Miller, Executive Managing Director, FinPro, Inc, Gladstone, NJ FinPro works with many banks that have customers who only use Miller one product. These are referred to as monoline accounts. Monoline accounts are missed opportunities to build franchise value. On the other hand, some banks have a fully utilized array of products but only a few customers. This choice is sometimes forced by design, as in private wealth banks, but more often than not, it is a product of a misalignment among the retail, marketing, and finance departments goals. The presentation outlines the trade-offs of each strategy, how to improve customer product utilization, how to win new customers, and how to create incentives that align with the organization s overall goal of organic growth. 11:30 am Grand Prize Drawing/Convention Adjourns Must be present to win Cash Prize - $1,000 Sponsored by Crowell & Crowell, PLLC, Franklin, TN Stay up to date, while on the go!
