If you have a qualification that is not listed then simply type it in manually in the box provided. If a message appears stating No Results Match... just finish typing your qualification and press enter, your qualification will then be added to the list and you can enter your grade and whether it is a predicted grade or confirmed. Finally, click Add Qualification this will add it to the table and be submitted with your details. 4. I don t have a contact number for my school? A If you check on the school s website they should have a number on there. You can then add it to your application. 5. I don t know what JSA or ESA are? A They stand for Job Seekers Allowance and Employment and Support Allowance. You should leave this section blank if you are not claiming these benefits. 6. I applied for the wrong course! Help?
