3 Switching Stores Site Your pic/contact info
4 Do NOT send your contacts to your Switching Stores site. When speaking with your contact, have your Switching Stores site open and YOU set the appointment and enter THEIR information for the best day/time for them to view the webinar.
5 When YOU enter your contact s info on your Switching Stores site and click on submit:: A new page will open advising of the day/time chosen and for the contact to check their in order to get the link to view the webinar. Your pic/contact info
6 When YOU enter your contact sinfo on your Switching Stores site and click on submit:: You will be sent an advising you that you have a contact that signed up for the webinar. Your contact will automatically be sent an ((from you)) with the link to view the webinar. Your contact is put in to your team room in to the contact section. IMPORTANT: Contact Your Enroller and View Training in team room Team Center to learn how to work your contact through the HOP2 system properly.

8 HANDLING OBJECTIONS Always be yourself and adjust according to your contact s needs and how Melaleuca can help. Do NOT read a script. The Most Common Concerns at the Approach I don't have any spare time / money / I'm not interested: "I can appreciate that & this may not be for you. Perhaps you could just view it so you know what I am doing. I d also love your opinion and you may know of someone who might have an interest?" I don't like selling: "Ya know...i don't either. One of the things I really liked about Melaleuca is that there is no selling involved. Perhaps you could just view it so you know what I am doing. I d also love your opinion and you may know of someone who might have an interest?" This sounds like one of those illegal Pyramid schemes / Amway / MLM: "You know that's what I thought at first, but when I looked at it I quickly realized it wasn't. Perhaps you could just view it because I d also love your opinion and you may know of someone who might have an interest?" Or "I know how you feel, I felt the exactly the same way, but when I found out more I realized it wasn't. Perhaps you could just view it because I d also love your opinion and you may know of someone who might have an interest?"
9 HANDLING OBJECTIONS Always be yourself and adjust according to your contact s needs and how Melaleuca can help. Do NOT read a script. The Most Common Concerns at the Approach 'Ive had a bad experience in those types of things: "Can I ask what happened?" (Allow them to explain their experience) "I can see why you would be concerned, if I could show you that Melaleuca is different would you be open to viewing it. I d also love your opinion and you may know of someone who might have an interest?" Can't you just tell me about it now? This is the TRAP question...do NOT start giving a Mini Presentation REMEMBER THE OBJECTIVE AT THE APPROACH..to get someone to see or view the Presentation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If they must know more simply say, "Melaleuca is a manufacturing company. They manufacture their own product line of nutritional, home & personal care products, items that you & I use everyday." I don t sell products or anything like that. Perhaps you could just view it because it s best to get the information properly because I don t want to miss anything. I d also love your opinion and you may know of someone who might have an interest?"
