1 OG TRAINING - Recording 2: Talk to 12 using the Coffee Sales Script. Welcome to The second recording in this series which is your first training session and your first project in your new gourmet coffee business which we are calling "Talk to 12". One of the key differences between getting started with Organo Gold and getting started with many other companies out there is that with a brilliant product such as coffee and tea, we can create immediate success stories for brand-new business partners more than anywhere else I have ever seen in business. Our first goal is to help you to achieve a small success story that will build your belief in the product, in the company and in yourself. Once this exercise is complete and you have that successful result, we will walk you through our complete success system step by step. The founders at Organo Gold each have decades of experience in sales and in network marketing. They combined their expertise and developed an amazing tool for moving our product that we call the Coffee Sales Script. This simple script has been specifically designed to show that absolutely anyone can do this business, have positive results, and you can put immediate profit in your pockets. Personally, if it wasn't for this simple little script, my sponsor would never have been able to get past the big "NO" that I kept giving her to get me to look at this opportunity and this product for what it really is. This simple little script is also the very first thing that I did the same day that I got enrolled with Organo Gold. I made phone calls until I had spoken with 12 people, using the coffee sales script exactly as I was instructed to. I would've those 12 people that I spoke with, 11 of them said yes to buying one or two boxes of coffee from me. Those 11 people purchased 17 boxes of product, now I would say that in any kind of sales situation I have ever heard of those are absolutely outstanding results. I cannot stress this enough, the reason I had those results was because I did exactly what my coach had instructed me to do and did it perfectly. I have been training how to use this coffee sales script for over five years, and every time someone uses it exactly as directed, they get the exact same outstanding results. Of course there are times when people may not believe that it can work this well, or sometimes people have a fear about something within the script or something within themselves that stops them from doing it as coached and the end up changing something or leaving something out or adding things that were never even talked about. 100% of the time that this happens the results are less; and most times significantly less.

2 So on that note this bares repeating one more time. This coffee sales script works. It works. It works. It works. WHEN you use it as it was intended and you use it perfectly, it works perfectly. I've done it, I've trained it and I've seen all of the scenarios. What I've just said is the truth every single time. So I hope I've made that as clear as I possibly could. Okay now I would like to share with you some of the other results that occur when you use the script effectively, and remember that everything you do going forward adds to The story that you are going to tell and create in the future. You may be new now but you will soon be leading a team of business partners and when they look to you as an example or a role model you're going to want to have success stories to share with them. So number 1, using this script effectively will begin your success story. You will be able to use this quick and early success to add credibility to you and this opportunity. 2. You have a very short window of opportunity as a brand-new business partner to get the product out to your warm market, the people that you know. The sooner you get the product out to more of these people the better. If you take your time and go really slow what happens is that people in your circle will start to hear about the product from other people in your circle and the excitement for something new begins to get lost. Also you may have people who start to avoid you because they don't want you to sell them something. This is why it's important to use this coffee sales script to blast out as much product to the people that you know as possible and I will explain how comfortable and easy this can be very shortly. 3. Part of your success story is putting money back into your pocket. How often do people start up a brand-new business and spend tens of thousands or more likely hundreds of thousands of dollars to open up shop? And for these people how long does it take before they are actually seeing any profit? Typically it's a minimum of three years, but more often it's five years or more before an established traditional business begins to see true profit. In your new gourmet coffee business you can see profit in the very first week and this is done using the script. We want to see your initial investment back in your pocket and we want to see you recycle that initial investment into more product so you can continue to do the same thing and continue to be in profit right from the start. Done properly, and Organo Gold distributor should only be out of pocket any money for the first few weeks. 4. And this to me is the most important piece of all. The more success you have using the script in getting the right results here, and the more results you have putting money back

3 into your pocket and recouping your investments, means that you have more people who have the product in their hands, and most importantly these people are putting this product into their bodies. The simple fact is this: in over five years with Organo Gold I know what I know what I know. And what I know is that Organo Gold products work, they do exactly what they say they're going to do and people are being helped every single day with our products. So if you use the script correctly you will have more people consuming the products, giving you amazing testimonials, and you are changing lives one cup at a time. If you do not use the script properly you will have less people using the product, less money back into your pocket, less credibility and simply put, less success in getting started in your new business. Okay so after that lengthy explanation of why the script is important I want to make sure that you are not overwhelmed. All of this information was to simply explain to you the principle and the philosophy behind the tool. The tool itself is ridiculously simple and comfortable once you start using it. So let's go through how to use the script. As I mentioned before your first project or mission is simply to talk to 12 people. I recommend simply opening up your Contacts in your phone, starting at the top, and phoning the first people that you see that live somewhere in your area. Then you keep phoning people until you have spoken with and used the script properly on 12 people. - if you call someone and there is no answer, do not leave a message, just go on to the next call. - The script is intended for people you know not strangers. - The script is to be used over the phone, voice to voice. - do not text the script, do not the script, do not chat or inbox the script. - once we read through the script you will see that it is designed to be short. Your goal is to finish the call within four minutes. And finally here it is, your coffee sales script:

4 Me: Hi (friend), this is Dave how are you doing? Friend: Hey Dave, doin great, man! How are you? Me: Man, I'm doing awesome. Hey listen I'm actually calling you for reason today, I'm calling you because I NEED YOUR HELP. (You say nothing else) Friend: okay sure what do you need? Me: Well, I've actually just started a new gourmet coffee business, and I need some people to try out my amazing new coffee. I've got a black, a latte, a mocha and I've even got tea and hot chocolate. I'd really appreciate it if you could help me out and support me by buying one or two boxes from me one time. I know you're gonna love it and when you do I can even show you how to get it at wholesale, but if you don't, no worries, I'll never ask you to buy again. So can I count on you to buy one or two boxes? Guys, it just simply doesn't get any simpler or more beautiful than that. And after hearing that, if it feels uncomfortable for you and you think that it's going to be too hard, that's even better. I say that because once you use it and see that everything I've said to you already in this call is true, that it works as well as I said it does - your success story is going to be even more powerful. Most people will just say yes and buy product from you just based on what you just heard in that simple script. Some people will have questions or comments and I want to go through a few of those scenarios with you now so that you are prepared, but essentially you pretty much just learned everything you need to know. Price: so when people ask "well, how much is it?" If you re in the UK, You simply say "the price is 25 pounds a box or I'll give you two boxes for 40 pounds. By the cup, It works out to about half the price of a cup at the café. So would you like one or two boxes?" If you re in North America, You say "the price is $35 a box or I'll give you two boxes for 60. By the cup, It works out to about half the price of a cup at the coffee shop. So would you like one or two boxes?" Chit chat: so when you say that you are starting your own gourmet coffee business sometimes your friend will say something like "you're opening up a coffee shop? What's

5 going on? Tell me all about it!" And you say something like "yeah I know it sounds crazy and I can't wait to tell you all about it. But right now I have a lot more calls to make and I'm just looking for coffee tasters to get me started. So help me out and buy one or two boxes and when I bring it to you I'm going to tell you all about it!" Happy with their current brand: on occasion someone will say "i'm pretty happy with my (Nescafé) and I don't really want to change to anything else." You can say "yeah I totally understand that but this is a brand-new coffee brand in the UK and I really need to get some feedback from people I trust. So help me out and buy one box and give me your honest feedback - I'd really appreciate that from you." So those are a few of the responses that you may get from people while on the calls. As long as you are in a hurry, you show value for the product, and you keep circling back into the script every time they try to ask a question or take you off track, you will have the results that I have gotten. The numbers that I suggest to my new partners is that if you use the script properly you will have a minimum of eight out of 10 people say yes to buying a box or two. Personally, I completely expect that when you talk to 12 people you will have a minimum of 15 boxes of product sold. And that should be at least 10 people who are now using the product and within a week will probably be giving you amazing testimonials of how it has made them feel better. So that's it. Your mission is to talk to 12 people using the script perfectly. If you have questions or would like a little bit of practice, please get back to your plugged in up-line coach and get what you need. Remember this is your business. If you feel you're not ready or you need extra coaching it is up to you to seek out what you need so you can then go and get done what you need to get done. If you are ready to go, review the do s and don ts above and get to work. Once you are finished report back to your coach, then you can move on to the next recording where we will be looking at Organo Gold's success system, called the 4 Steps To Success. We will walk through all four steps where I will be giving you instructions and tips on how to complete each part. We will take it one step at a time.
