Empower existing pipe Cross section along with the proposed dewatering line, if required iii. Dewatering profile, if required 1. Dewatering works NOC should be applied by the Project Contractor. 2. The purpose of this NOC is to obtain approval from EMPOWER if proposed dewatering works is not obstructing EMPOWER s existing DC services. Page 3 of 5

4 2.5 Site Mobilization Construction NOC: i. Detailed scope of work ii. Cross section / Profile details. 1. Dewatering works NOC should be applied by the Project Contractor. 2. The purpose of this NOC is to obtain approval from EMPOWER if proposed dewatering works is not obstructing EMPOWER s existing DC services. 3. NOC for Utilizing EMPOWER s Plot for Construction of Temporary Site Facilities/ Land Usage Letter requesting EMPOWER s approval for its plot to be utilized temporarily by the applicant for constructing temporary site facilities and duration Undertaking letter. b. Required drawing (DLTM COORDINATES) i. Site Layout showing proposed works to be done on EMPOWER s plot. in AUTOCAD format 1. This NOC should be applied by the Project Contractor. 2. The purpose of this NOC is to obtain approval from EMPOWER if our plot is available to be used temporarily by the applicant. 4. NOC for Using Own A/C System Letter from Building Owner requesting for NOC for Using Own A/C system. Page 4 of 5
