Total Area : 100,000 m2 Production Capacity : 72,000 m3/year (6,000 m3/month) Factory Outline Office : 510 m2 Main Factory : 15,000 m2 2nd Factory : 1,600 m2 Warehouse : 1,580 m2 Stockyard : 32,400 m2 Concrete Laboratory : 50 m2 PRODUCTION FACILITY Carousel Line The production pallet circulates around the carousel from the cleaning station to the demoulding station, where the finished product is removed. It is transported from workstation to workstation, passing through the various production stages. Mesh Weld Machine Section This modern robot technology is used for the production of any type of mesh used in precast operations.

3 Lattice Girder Welding Machine This highly efficient production unit is used particularly for the half slab production line. Battery Mould Section This is designed for the efficient fabrication of single layer elements in vertical position such as flat wall panels with smooth finish on both sides. Conventional Section The Conventional Line has work stations for built-in component, fittings, etc., where various irregular-shaped panels like wall panels, balcony panels, and stair elements are cast.

4 TOILET MOULD BEAM MOULD Individual Mould - Toilet Mould, Beam Mould, and Stairs We have individual moulds for repeatable elements. Our precast toilet products can already be incorporated with a pipeline for sanitary, electrical conduit, and even fire protection.
