2 About Factory was founded in 2013 based on the experience of their respective owners in the areas of building and construction, where focus its attention in the field of structural systems to provide ready-made and pre-cast that meet the needs of construction. Our factory has a large staff qualified scientifically and practically, where works on the development of their work and access to all markets through its crew and its relations with many Iraqi investment companies and real estate projects that working in all fields of investment. The factory is located in the heart of Erbil, capital of Iraqi Kurdistan in a vital region and an area of more than five thousand square meters, It has four production lines of 160 meters length and 120 cm width, making the productive capacity up to 360 meters per day. Our factory had been supplying and supporting by advanced type machines ( Italian and German ) Weiler brand such as Cutter, Boiler and others. Factory Vision & Mission Our vision is to be a leader in the areas of real estate projects and concrete products, we supply this projects with high-quality precast concrete such as hollowcore, stairs, walls, columns, beams and all pre-cast products. We provide the structural designs which are effective in cost, time, effort and in accordance with the highest standards of World Records. Our mission Is to be the first partner that comes to the mind of businessmen, engineers and investors to help them achieve their goals and accomplish their projects in Iraq in general and Kurdistan in particular. 1

3 About Factory Our products can be used with all kind of building systems. High speed in production and processing. Saving the time needed to implement the project contractor. Saving greater insulation for the roof (Thermal and Sound insulation). Can work great lengths to hollowcore up to 20 meters. Flexibility in design and according to the needs of customer. High resistance to fire and heat, as well as moisture. Italian and German machines advanced Model 2013 brand "weiller". Durability of up to 35 mpa within 24 hours. Saving in the consumption of iron in the traditional regular facilities. Do not need to use wood panels or metal in construction. No need for skilled technical workers (blacksmith or carpenter). Lightweight of hollowcore which reduces the buildings weight. The ability to increase the number of floors established due to light weight. Easy to transport to the project site as well as the ease of installation. Hollowcore helps engineer in charge of creativity and innovation. Saving space vacuum without the need for large columns. Final beauty form appropriate for all kinds of different finishes. Factory quantitative productivity is 360 meters per day. Low cost as compared to casting Ready. 5 Currently we offer a range of four slab depths; 160, 200, 220, 250 and 260 millimetre slabs. Depending on the project requirements, in particular span and loading performance, a particular slab depth is chosen. In our factory there are several sizes of steel ( 12 millimeters and 9 millimeters ) according to the requirements of the project and on the willingness of the investors and engineers. 10
