For over forty years, Utility Vault has been recognized for our wide range of precast concrete products and custom solutions for the utility, environmental and transportation markets. Based in Auburn, Washington and a part of Oldcastle Precast, we ve built a reputation for quality and confi dence by constantly raising the bar to meet our customer s needs. We consistently offer outstanding customer service, exceptional product manufacturing and design expertise. But we build more than precast concrete products. We build confidence with our customers, every day. QUALITY PRODUCTS, MADE RIGHT At Utility Vault, we pride ourselves on exceeding the highest standards for product quality. We earned a Quality Control Certifi cation rating from the National Precast Concrete Association, and we have three full-time ACI-certified employees dedicated to quality control. We test our concrete daily to monitor the integrity of the mix and inspect the integrity of custom jobs during the fabrication process. And all of our products are stamped for approval before shipment. We also offer state-of-the-art equipment and facilities to accommodate our customer s precast and custom product needs. Our 130,000 square foot facility includes an 110,000 square foot precast production building featuring seven cranes, as well as a state-of-the art concrete mixing system. We also have a 20,000 square foot metal fabrication building that houses our production welders, along with a robotic welder and a plasma cutter. This part of our facility focuses on making metal frames and doors, as well as custom doors and miscellaneous metal fabrication. And our 43-acre product yard serves as a warehouse area for our vast product inventory. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE Our focus on customer needs begins when a request for an estimate is made. Our sales staff helps customers select the right solution and process their order quickly and effi ciently. When a custom item is required, our design experts can create a tailored solution based on a standard precast product or completely from scratch. We can also deliver detailed CAD drawings and consult on product installation as needed. We manage our precast product inventory and shipping schedule to provide timely supply and delivery. Our local customers rely on our crew of professional drivers and boom trucks to safely deliver and set most vaults directly in the hole. And no delivery site is too far away we fi ll both regional and overseas orders on a regular basis. Our facility is recognized by WISHA and OSHA for its top-level safety program, and has been recognized as a Voluntary Protection Program Star facility, the highest rating possible. This marks Utility Vault as the fi rst precaster in the United States to earn VPP Star status. A HISTORY OF INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE Over the years, Utility Vault has grown to meet the changing demands of our customers and regulators. In 1999, we added square footage and equipment to our precast building, while setting new standards for cleanliness and safety. We also improved our operations to meet and exceed changing environmental standards. 3 UTILITY VAULT HAS BUILT ITS REPUTATION FOR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER CONFIDENCE BY OFFERING A WIDE RANGE OF QUALITY PRECAST CONCRETE PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM STRUCTURES. We build and deliver an extensive array of items such as vaults, lamp pole bases and oil/water separators to clients on a regional and national basis. At the same time, our engineering team can work with you to develop custom precast solutions to meet your specifi c project needs. We are committed to making the best quality precast products in the industry, supported by our expertise in customer service and installation. Our sales professionals are ready to answer your questions about any of the products shown or to discuss your custom design needs. TELEPHONE VAULT Our customers in the telephone industry typically use our vaults to splice traditional phone cable and fi ber optics, and we offer a wide range of telephone vaults in stock sizes for almost any application. Telephone vaults can include termaducts for easy conduit placement. We can incorporate custom slots and blockouts for special installations or intercepts, and include inserts for mounting racking. We also offer options such as pre-packaged racking and riser rings, along with ladder and manhole steps. In addition, we include boom truck placement for most telephone vault sizes. ELECTRICAL VAULT Our electrical vaults house power cables and transformers, and are a preferred alternative to running electrical power cables above the ground, and across utility poles. Electrical vaults represent our widest product range, and all of our standard vault sizes can be customized with optional blockouts and knockouts as needed to accommodate all site conditions. We also offer a variety of frames and access hatch options to meet exact project specifi cations. WATER VAULT Our customers use water vaults for the underground installation of water meters, detector check valves for sprinkler systems, pressure-reducing valves and backfl ow prevention valves. We can custom engineer our water vaults to meet job-specific applications, and we offer a vast number of sizes. We have the production capabilities to core drill these vaults and make them installation-ready. To further facilitate quick and easy installation, we can also apply both interior and exterior coatings in-house when necessary. 24" Dia. 36" Dia.

4 OUR PRODUCTS LAMP POLE BASE Our precast lamp pole bases provide a cost-effective and effi cient alternative to the traditional cast-in-place method. We supply a wide variety of standard lamp pole bases to fi t our customer s needs, and can easily confi gure bases to meet custom design specifi cations. We can also position customersupplied anchor bolts to the specifi ed bolt circle diameter. Our production facility is designed so we can pour numerous bases to meet fi eld requirements. Our ability to build to any specifi cation means that our customers don t have to pour in the fi eld. PANEL VAULT We offer panel vaults to our customers when standard vault sizes don t meet their specifi c needs, or when job requirements call for a special vault size. In fact, we will often work with a customer to visit the job site to determine what type of design will work, and then custom build a solution. We provide these vaults as individual slab components so they can be assembled on-site, giving our customers fl exibility beyond that of a castin-place vault. Our custom fabrication and expert installation assistance can save our customers time and money for these types of applications. OIL/WATER SEPARATOR Our oil/water separators work to protect the environment by intercepting grease and oil in storm water runoff before it can escape into a local water or sewer system. We offer two styles of oil-water separators baffl e type and coalescing packs in a wide range of sizes. In addition, we offer grease separators in a 750 gallon size and larger. DRAINAGE We supply a number of drainage products to meet customer needs, including catch basins and manholes for storm and sewer applications. Besides offering an array of standard drainage products, we can also tailor knockout sizes and locations to meet unique job specifi cations. All of our drainage products meet ASTM and all WSDOT/APWA specifi cations to ensure product quality and code compliance. 24" Dia. 36" Dia.

TRENCH/CULVERT Customers use our precast utility trenches and culverts in all types of power, communications, and stream or water conveyance projects, including housing piping, electrical and communications wiring, and even fi sh ladders. We offer various sizes and confi gurations to meet virtually any need, and provide our customers with a wide range of frames and access hatches. BRIDGE/DETENTION We use our three-sided box sections to create short-span bridges, with spans of 10 to 35. In addition, we build detention vaults from either our three-sided box sections or from our panel vault system. Since we construct these solutions from multiple sections, we can customize their lengths as needed. We can also skew the bridge to conform to specifi c site conditions. Our pre-engineered product system provides fast on-site construction, while complying with all local and state specifi cations. BARRIER Our median barriers can be seen on roads and highways across the region, and are used extensively by our local transportation industry. We offer all sizes and styles of precast WSDOT barriers, including Type II, Type IV, Type V, Single Slope and Single-Sided Single Slope. We keep a vast inventory of median barriers on hand to provide 24-hour fulfi llment to our customers. CUSTOM PRODUCTS Our extensive experience providing high quality precast products, along with our sales and engineering expertise, allow us to work with customers in designing custom solutions. We also have the production capacity to modify standard products and fabricate many special applications.
