4 4 THE COMPANY Starbuck Excavation, originally Starbuck & Son Contracting, was created in 2007 by Director, James Starbuck. At the time, he owned a single machine and truck working on site-cuts, small basements & tram track repair works. James went on to hire his very first full-time operator who continues to work for him to this day. Today, Starbuck Excavation comprises of a fleet of plant and equipment with a skilled and driven team of workers behind it all. Our company prides itself in successfully delivering quality results in all projects ranging from perfectly executed site-cuts to large basement excavation in record time. Here at Starbuck, we value our customers and pride ourselves on building and maintaining long term working relationships. Beginning with one owner truck driver, James was not only excavating his own jobs but also moving his own material. Currently Starbuck Plant Hire sends out upwards of 40 tipper trucks per day, servicing our own projects, as well as any of our clients developments. Not only do we send out a variety of trucks, but we also send out owner operators with machine sizes ranging from 1.7 to 80 tonne and all sizes in between.
