3 Overview Kokeb Enterprises Limited is a dynamic and growing Solwezi based company specializing in consultancy, construction, transportation, and the supply of building materials. In construction, we undertake projects in road construction, schools, residential housing and office buildings. We have attained an excellent reputation along the way, giving quality and reliable services to the mining houses, government agencies and major contractors involved in construction, civil and mining industries across the North Western and Copperbelt provinces. Kokeb Enterprises Limited is a company that is proactive and very safety conscious in its operations. We offer the Whole Solution, focusing on providing customer centric, top quality services along with reliable infield back up service and support. We are an organisation that is people and knowledge intensive learning about our customers, collaborative learning with partners and learning to leverage network partners resources to provide a solution tailored to our clients. We consider our clients our primary assets, thus leverage internal and external resources at our disposal to make sure customer satisfaction is attained and guaranteed. Essentially, we seek to get it right first time with the Whole Solution, by providing the right people, machinery and environment for the right job with effective systems in place for service back up. All done with the right occupational health and safety (OH&S) procedures aligned with the overall project safety system for compliance with legislative requirements and current industry standards gives Kokeb the confidence to execute projects to the ultimate satisfaction of our clients: Excellent customer service. All equipment is maintained to a high standard and can be viewed/inspected on request. Kokeb has three departments of operation: Consultancy and Construction, Transportation and the Supply of Building Materials. Transportation Ever since Kokeb started operations in 2013, it has been growing steadily with its transportation business. Our portfolio of vehicles include a fleet of tippers, water bowser and low-bed truck-trailers. Among the activities we have been involved: Working with partners to supply sand to Kansanshi mine and Kabitaka housing development in Solwezi. Our clients include Zamstruct Construction Services, Thor Development, Bresmar Building Supplies and many others Kokeb's physical location is at the copper mining hotspot of Zambia, namely the North Western Province. As such, transportation of heavy haulage forms an essential part of Kokeb's business activities. We have transported heavy equipment and machinery throughout Zambia as well as crossborder to and from South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Tanzania. No equipment is large or small and no border is non-impregnable. We go far and beyond to cater to our clients needs. 3

Consultancy and Construction We have had a major input in the Mansa-Luwingu road construction in which Kokeb with its partners was tasked to clear the bush as well as shaping the gravel road on

We have been involved in many projects in the North Western Province from bush clearing to road construction, to mining support and building and civil construction. As a result, Kokeb has gained extensive experience in building, civil and road construction projects. In 2016, Kokeb has also undertaken many challenging projects as main contractor for small, medium and large projects for various clients including the mines. The construction of gravel roads in the new Kalumbila district on behalf of Kalumbila s Trident foundation is such an example. We constructed the 4.4 km Kisasa North Township roads, repaired the badly damaged 5km Jiwundu road and the Kisasa Clinic road. Kokeb was also tasked to do the culverts for these roads and successfully completed them to the satisfaction of the foundation. In addition we installed calvets on several raods such as Kisasa North extension. The works described above have been made possible by various types of construction machinery and equipment that Kokeb possesses. We equally hire them out to local mines and contractors alike. That said, no equipment or machinery that we or our clients require is beyond the reach of Kokeb. In collaboration with our partners in the North Western and Copperbelt provinces of Zambia we have made it our duty that we or our clients are in no way inconvenienced in the quest to deliver projects under budget, on time and to scope. To this end, while we know we should remain profitable as a company, our priority is in making sure our clients goals are achieved the best we can. In late 2015, Kokeb has built gravel roads on behalf of Kalumbila foundation in collaboration with Trans Engineering Limited, a company based in Solwezi. 12 Supply of Building Materials Kokeb has extensive experience in the supply of building materials, including cement, sand and crushed stones. We pride ourselves in sourcing and delivering the best available material locally as well as further afield at the shortest time possible. 11

13 One of the major projects Kokeb is involved in is the transportation of building sand and silica to the new smelter at Kansanshi Mine site. Kokeb has also been a major supplier of building and concrete sand to major contractors at Kabitaka Housing Development being undertaken by First Quantum Minerals Limited. Joint Projects Kokeb Enterprises Ltd, in collaboration with Knotin Environmental Services, a company based in solwezi specialising in environmental remediation has embarked on providing innovative, value based water treatment and delivery services. We are particularly strong in ground water remediation treatment, treatment systems design and construction, waste management, dewatering operation and maintenance projects. We also have a very strong culture that has Environmental, Health and Safety embedded into our company. We are 100 % committed to working safely. This is seen from senior level management to those on the shop floor or on the field. We do not push technology or a piece of equipment. We can custom tailor our treatment services specific to our customer application. We seek to help our customers with fast economical solutions to their groundwater and waste water treatment needs. In the course of 2014/2015, Kokeb had also worked hand in hand with Zamstruct Construction Services Limited, one of the largest contractors on the construction of Kabitaka Hills Development, undertaken by Kansanshi Mine by supplying equipment and building materials. To this end, the Director of Zamstruct, Mr Rob Van Rensburg states: We have had excellent service from Kokeb, and have comfort knowing that the Director and employees are there to back up our business when necessary. Our projects have had tight time constraints which in turn has applied huge pressure on Kokeb to deliver materials, and hire plant on short notice, but on every occasion, they have come through and delivered and helped our company to achieve our programs. 12
