2 Company Information JBS Group Scotland is a family owned company with forty years experience of the oil and gas industry. Established in 1974 as J Buchan & Sons it has grown and developed into a leading Scottish supplier for the Oil and Gas industry with a strong and loyal global client base. The Peterhead based company has seven divisions which are supported by a strong and loyal staff of around 55 and headed up by an experienced and ambitious board of managers and directors. JBS Group Scotland is very proud to have seven divisions of expertise; fabrication, engineering, heat exchanger, subsea, rental, marine and commercial. The different and versatile sectors support the group and allow a vast amount of knowledge to be held under one roof. The company have seen significant growth and development and have expanded and moved buildings twice to meet industry demand. JBS Group enjoy a loyal client base and work with both small and larger blue chip companies. 3 The JBS Group Scotland Team Scott Buchan Managing Director Scott started in the family business in 2002 and since then been instrumental in setting up and developing both the Engineering and Fabrication sides of the business. Scott s ambition and vision for the future has resulted in the company more than doubling its workforce as well as securing a strong client base and order book to match. Iain Buchan Business Development Manager Scott s brother Iain joined the family business in 2012 with a key focus to help the company expand and grow to meet the demands of the Oil and Gas Industry. He comes with a wealth of business and business experience from his previous roles as a Business Development Manager at Rotech & Subsea. His passion for the industry and strong business mind will see JBS Group continue to grow from a small and local company to a global market leader. Ricky Coutts Ops/Heat Exchanger Division Director Ricky s drive & determination along with his years of experience working for companies including Richard Irvin, Expro Group and Weatherford has proved to be a huge benefit to JBS Group. He joined the growing team over two years ago and since then has been key in developing the Heat Exchange division, seeing a number of key clients opting to use JBS Group services for both on & offshore projects. Gordon Ingram General Manager Gordon Ingram began work with the JBS Group in May 2013, bringing with him 30 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry with 20 years of that time spent in management. Gordon s past experience include manufacturing, asset repair and maintenance, wireline, operating offshore, BOP assembly and high pressure testing (onshore & offshore) as well as both subsea and overseas experience. The wealth of knowledge and experience that Gordon has will help to enhance the productivity and continued development of the company. Alex F Whyte Subsea Technical Director Alex brings with him his expert knowledge of subsea excavation systems & the operation of a vast range of subsea and topside ancillary equipment. Alex new role with JBS Group will bring our own controlled flow system to the table along with various ancillary topside pieces of kit for hire and sale. The new controlled flow system is based on tried and proven technology but with a few new added surprises and updated technology.

4 Dave Skinner - QHSE Manager Dave Skinner came on board the JBS Group in October Dave brings with him over 30 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry with over 15 years of that in management. His past experiences include starting his quality career working as a QC Inspector through to QHSE Manager in the Oil & Gas Industry. Dave s key focus is to assist to develop and implement a schedule to gain an integrated management system for ISO 9001, and accreditations. Dave s experience will continue to enhance the QHSE development of the JBS group. JBS Group Scotland Key Services JBS Group Scotland have a wide range of industry knowledge and experience within the constantly changing Oil and Gas playing field. With 40 years experience as the leading expert in lifeboat repairs and refurbishment JBS Group have since grown and developed into seven different divisions, offering a vast amount of knowledge and expertise under one roof. They use sector specific knowledge and a strong and experienced workforce to offer high quality products and services delivered on time. This valued service creates progressive and loyal partnerships with clients and candidates globally. JBS Group s seven key sectors are: Fabrication Engineering Heat Exchange Marine Commercial Subsea Rental JBS Group Scotland: Fabrication JBS Group have over 60 Approved Drawings to DNV/Lloyds/BV for various sizes of control cabins, containers, grillages, frames, chutes, platforms, winches, skids, along with subsea baskets and holdback structures. We produce light to heavy fabrication using plate section, pipe manufacture and installation to suit the client s needs. All welding is undertaken by coded welders to approved welding procedures and drawings. Our team of highly skilled welders are able to deal with most fabrications including MIG, TIG, Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium. We provide general fabrication which includes small projects such as tool boxes and flow dividers right through to the larger projects of cementing units, shipping boxes and heavy bulk containers.

5 JBS Group Scotland: Engineering With custom built engineering services and operations, JBS are very proud of their build to order products. The JBS Engineering Division continually supply Oilon drifts, External API drifts, End flange plates, Wash Over shoes, spool pieces, stabbing guides and inspection drifts to our clients. The manufacturing of thse items are carried out strictly in accordance with the specifications of the American Petroleum Institute and In-House Quality system procedure JBS Group Scotland: Heat Exchanger This is JBS Group s latest sector addition and further strengthens the group s positioning within the Oil and Gas marketplace. The Heat Exchange Division offers specialists project managers and heat exchanger maintenance support services for both on and offshore. As the only Scottish agent for Tranter Heat Exchange JBS are proud to offer a full range of exchange parts and services, ranging from small to large Plate Heat Exchangers in a variety of gasket types and sizes. With efficient and fast turnaround repairs and builds JBS can assist in offshore shutdowns at short notice and provide a coherent range of solutions to remove redundant oilfield equipment from your assets. JBS Group s knowledgeable and enthusiastic supply of engineers can inspect, review and provide the best and cost effective methods to break down the equipment and reduce manual handling operations. JBS Group Scotland: Marine As experts in lifeboat repair and refurbishment, the marine sector of JBS Group is where it all began for the company forty years ago. Their associated GRP work and traditional boat building for both commercial and leisure vessels are carried out on site by the in-house team who deliver high quality products. A key part of the service also includes testing and recertifying of offshore lifeboats witnessed by the MSA & DNV.

6 JBS Group Scotland: Commercial JBS Commercial Builders is the smallest of the five divisions but offers the same high quality and excellent service. The commercial division is able to meet all of your building requirements for new and existing properties both domestic and commercial. JBS has a number of highly trained tradesmen who not only provide an excellent service but can also offer help and advice on bespoke projects such as vessel point decks and dancefloors. JBS Group Scotland: Subsea JBS Subsea recently commissioned its Subsea Excavation Tool Sea-Axe to its growing portfolio and facilities. This new safe, compact, controllable and competitive multi-purpose excavation system is built to meet all seabed preparation and excavation requirements. For, but not limited to the global oil & gas, civil, renewable & decommissioning markets. Designed and commissioned by experts and operators of these multi-purpose systems. JBS Group Scotland: Rental The latest edition to the group will specialize in rental and sale of equipment for the offshore industry. Using many years of industry experience and feedback, we have developed our equipment to meet the required certification in line with current legislation. All equipment is maintained according to our stringent maintenance schedules and will always reach the client in a fit for purpose condition. the main focuses of the Rentals Division will be to reduce downtime and costs to our key clients with winches, deck cranes, subsea baskets, clump weights, dredging equipment, cutting equipment, load monitoring systems, sheaves fairleads and ancillary equipment.
