1 WORLD SERIES OF POKER TEXAS HOLD 'EM INSTANT GAME RULES 1. For each table, scratch to reveal YOUR 2 CARDS, THEIR 2 CARDS and the five COMMUNITY CARDS. 2. Combine one or both of YOUR 2 CARDS with any of the five COMMUNITY CARDS to make YOUR best five-card poker hand. 3. Combine one or both of THEIR 2 CARDS with any of the five COMMUNITY CARDS to make THEIR best five-card poker hand. 4. If YOUR best five-card poker hand beats THEIR best five-card poker hand, win the prize shown for that TABLE. 5. Each table uses one 52-card deck. 6. There are no Wild Cards. 7. Each TABLE is played separately. 8. This game will not have a second chance drawing feature.

2 HOW TO CLAIM YOUR CASH PRIZES 1. Cash prizes up to $599 may be claimed, subject to validation, at any participating Texas Lottery retailer, at a Texas Lottery Claim Center or by mail. Cash prizes of $600 and above may be claimed, subject to validation, at any Texas Lottery Claim Center around the state or by mail. 2. See General Rules for Claiming Prizes below for other requirements for claiming cash prizes. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR WORLD SERIES OF POKER MERCHANDISE PRIZE PACKAGE 1. World Series of Poker merchandise prize package winning tickets may be claimed at any Texas Lottery Claim Center or by mail. Once a ticket has been validated by the Texas Lottery Commission, and any debts owed under TEX. GOV'T CODE (Deductions from Prizes), have been cleared, the Texas Lottery Commission will provide MDI Entertainment, Inc. (MDI) with the winner's name, address, and phone number as designated on the Texas Lottery Commission Claim Form. Within approximately ten (10) days following such notification, MDI will ship the World Series of Poker merchandise prize package to the winner s address. All questions about prize fulfillment should be directed to MDI at weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. CST. 2. See General Rules for Claiming Prizes below for other requirements for claiming merchandise prize packages. 3. No cash equivalent will be given for any merchandise prize, except as provided in Paragraph 5 below. 4. World Series of Poker merchandise prize packages may not be substituted for cash. 5. If a winner of a World Series of Poker merchandise prize package is under the age of 21, the winner is considered a "minor" by definition under TEX. GOV'T CODE That statute provides that if a minor wins a prize "other than prize money, the Texas Lottery Commission shall pay the cash equivalent to an adult member of the minor's family, or to the minor's guardian, by delivery of a warrant payable to the order of the minor, if the amount is less than $600.. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR WORLD SERIES OF POKER THE ULTIMATE POKER EXPERIENCE TRIP PRIZE 1. World Series of Poker The Ultimate Poker Experience trip prizes may be claimed at any Texas Lottery Claim Center or by mail. Once a ticket has been validated by the Texas Lottery Commission, and any debts owed under TEX. GOV T CODE (Deductions from Prizes), have been cleared, the Texas Lottery Commission will provide MDI with the winner's name, address, and phone number as designated on the Texas Lottery Commission Claim Form. Within approximately ten (10) days following such notification, MDI will contact the winner to begin making travel arrangements and will ship the World Series of Poker merchandise packages to the winner s address. 2. See General Rules for Claiming Prizes below for other requirements for claiming the World Series of Poker The Ultimate Poker Experience Trip prizes. 3. Winners of the World Series of Poker The Ultimate Poker Experience Trip prize will have the option of accepting the cash equivalent ($20,000 before federal income tax withholding) in lieu of the trip. 4. World Series of Poker The Ultimate Poker Experience Trip prize winners must indicate on the Texas Lottery Commission Claim Form their choice of either the trip or the cash equivalent of the trip. The choice cannot be changed after the claim form has been processed.

The Texas Lottery Commission will withhold the federal income taxes, as provided in the prize structure for the World Series of Poker Texas Hold Em instant game, on behalf of each winner of a World Series of Poker Ultimate Poker Experience Trip prize and will provide each such winner a W2-G at the end of the year. 6. If the winner of a World Series of Poker The Ultimate Poker Experience Trip prize is under the age of 21, the winner is considered a minor by definition under TEX. GOV T CODE That statute provides that if a minor wins a prize "other than prize money, the Texas Lottery Commission shall pay the cash equivalent to the minor by depositing the amount of the prize in any bank to the credit of an adult member of the minor s family or the minor s guardian as custodian for the minor, if the amount is $600 or more. 7. Each of The Ultimate Poker Experience Trip prizes shall include the following: World Series of Poker The Ultimate Poker Experience Trip prize One (1) seat at a table in a World Series of Poker tournament, at the tournament of the winner s choice located in the United States, with a maximum buy-in of $10,000. If the buy-in is less than $10,000, the player will receive the cash difference between the allocated $10,000 and the actual buy-in cost. Round-trip airfare and transfers for two (2) persons. Hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for seven (7) days and six (6) nights. $1,000 in spending cash. Two (2) World Series of Poker Merchandise Prize Packs. GENERAL RULES FOR CLAIMING PRIZES 1. All prizes must be claimed no later than 180 days after the end of game date. See your Texas Lottery retailer or visit for the end of game date. 2. After a ticket has been validated by the Texas Lottery Commission for prizes in an amount of $600 or more, the Commission will check to verify that the claimant owes no debts under Tex.Gov't Code Section (Deductions from Prizes), including, but not limited to, child support, student loans, or any tax or other money collected by the Texas Comptroller, the Texas Workforce Commission or the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. If the claimant of a prize is identified as owing an outstanding debt under

8 Tex. Gov't Code , the debt must be satisfied before the Texas Lottery Commission will begin the process of awarding the prize. 3.
