Rules and Regulations POER LOTTO is governed by the Rules and Regulations Respecting Lotteries and Gaming of Western Canada Lottery Corporation (WCLC) WHICH INCLUDE LIMITTIONS OF LIBILITY ND RE VILBLE FROM WCLC UPON REUEST.. POER LOTTO consists of an instant play component and a draw component. Players may also add the optional instant feature, LL IN.. player may request from one to three Hand(s) per ticket at a cost of $ per Hand. player may also add LL IN at an additional cost of $1 per Hand. The number of LL IN plays must match the number of Hands on a ticket.. For each ticket and Hand requested and paid for, the computer system shall: (a) choose for the player five cards from a standard deck of playing cards; (b) display on the customer display screen of the retailer s terminal (when available): (i) each of the cards chosen for the Hand(s); (ii) the estimated growing jackpot amount; (c) issue a ticket that will display: (i) each Hand chosen; (ii) the applicable draw date for which the ticket is eligible; (iii) the LL IN logo, when LL IN is added; (iv) a message that will indicate whether the ticket is a winner on the instant play component of the game and LL IN (if applicable); (v) the dollar amount wagered, which amount varies depending on the number of Hands requested, and whether LL IN is played; and (vi) other information pertinent to the game.. The computer system will not issue the same Hand more than once on a ticket.. The amount of the growing jackpot advertised is estimated and for information purposes only, and may not be the same as the actual amount of the growing jackpot. In the event of a difference between the advertised amount of the growing jackpot and the amount of the growing jackpot in the computer system, the information in the computer system will govern. () When a Royal Flush LL IN Prize is won, the growing jackpot amount will return to the minimum amount of $,000. () When a Straight Flush LL IN Prize is won, the growing jackpot amount will be reduced by %. In the event such % reduction results in the growing jackpot amount being less than $,000, then the growing jackpot amount will return to the minimum amount of $,000. () For every $1.00 LL IN play purchased,.% of $1.00 is allocated to the growing jackpot amount. () Where a Royal Flush or Straight Flush LL IN Prize is won, the amount includes the player s LL IN purchase contribution on a per Hand basis. Growing jackpot amounts are calculated on a per Hand basis. For POER LOTTO tickets with multiple LL IN plays, each Hand s potential LL IN growing jackpot amount is calculated separately and in the order of the Hand displayed on the ticket. Page of

5 . Draw Component (a) Unless otherwise announced by WCLC, on every day from Monday to Sunday, inclusive, WCLC shall cause five () cards to be drawn at random from a standard deck of playing cards. The five () cards drawn are referred to as the drawn cards for the draw component of the game. (b) Winning Selections as a result of any draw are determined as follows: Winning Selection CONSISTS OF / the five drawn cards / any four drawn cards and one other card* / any three drawn cards and two other cards* / any two drawn cards and three other cards* * other card means any card which is not a drawn card (c) ny valid ticket for any draw bearing any Winning Selection of such draw is a winning ticket and entitles its holder(s) to claim, for each such Winning Selection, a prize calculated in accordance with the following: Winning Selection PRIZE / $0,000 (1) / $0 / $ / $ (1) For each draw, if there are four or more / Winning Selections, the single cash payment prizes of $0,000 will not be available, and each prize in that prize category will be paid as a single cash payment determined by dividing $00,000 by the number of / Winning Selections for that draw, provided that cents are rounded to the nearest cents.. Cancellation of Ticket.1 ticket cannot be cancelled by a retailer.. Prize Claims.1 Prizes must be claimed within one year following the draw printed on the ticket in the manner stated on the back of the ticket.. winning ticket for a POER LOTTO Instant Prize and if applicable an LL IN Prize may be redeemed before the draw corresponding to that ticket. When a winning ticket for a POER LOTTO Instant Prize and if applicable an LL IN Prize is redeemed before the corresponding draw, the POER LOTTO Instant Prize and if applicable the LL IN Prize will be paid and a replacement ticket bearing the same Hand(s) as the original ticket will be issued for the corresponding draw component and upon such replacement ticket being issued, the original ticket will become void. For further certainty, the replacement ticket is only eligible to win a prize in the corresponding draw component. Page of
