1 DEPARTMENT YOUTH UNDER 19 Only one entry per class. Each article must be entered by a person 18 years or under within the year. Although the Fair will take all possible means to protect the exhibits, they cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. Department 11 is created to accommodate all youth entries. Youth may only enter an adult class if a class does not exist for the entry in Department 11. The Harvest Home Fair Association reserves the right to limit youth entries in adult categories.
