1 Cirencester Opportunity Group Beeches Road, Cirencester GL7 1BW Tel: (Registered charity ) Silent Auction Christmas 2018 We are holding our Silent Auction again this year to raise funds for Cirencester Opportunity Group. We are a local charity which provides care and education to children from birth to five years old, many of whom have special needs and disabilities. Our Christmas fundraising last year raised over 1000 and all the money raised goes directly to support the developmental opportunities of the children who attend our Group. Our auction is always a popular way of raising money and thanks to the generosity of several local organisations we have a whole host of wonderful lots just waiting for your bids! Here s how it works: If you would like to bid on a lot, please write in the amount you wish to bid, then sign & complete your details on the form on the last page. You can bid for as many lots as you wish. Hand your completed form into the COG office by 10am on Friday 14th December Postal address: Cirencester Opportunity Group, Beeches Road, Cirencester GL7 1BW Alternatively, you can the completed form to steph@opportunity-group.co.uk The highest bidder wins the item. Completed forms returned after the closing date and time will not be accepted. Goods will be handed over to the successful bidder upon receipt of the money. Failure to pay for items after one week of the closing date of the auction will result in that item being offered to the next highest bidder. Photos of many of the items have been included in the back pages of the auction sheets. However, if you would like to view any of the items, or to have additional information and photos ed to you then please steph@opportunity-group.co.uk. Thank you very much
