Doles Orchard is a small family farm in southern Maine. Earl, Nancy and their daughter, Emily, had been focusing on pick-your-own fruit for twenty years when they fell into making Allagash Brewing s House Beer 24 case wooden crate after selling them tart cherries in their handmade apple boxes. After expanding our small hobby shop into an ef cient woodworking shop, it was time to expand the new business. We decided it was necessary to invest in a laser machine - this would enable us to customize our work and create small orders without the added expense and limited range of wood burning brands. Branding is still available, and can be more ef cient on larger orders. Our work has primarily been custom products for a range of businesses throughout the northeast. With our new retail line, we are reaching a broader audience - the growing demand for quality, local goods, and their unique,100% made in the USA products are a connection that consumers appreciate!
