Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation is seeking Big Tree submissions for this year s Festival taking place November 24 - December 3. This year s theme, Merry & Bright celebrates the colour and joy of the season. Being a part of Festival is a great way to be involved in the community and raise funds to support local healthcare. It s also an excellent way to promote your business and have a lot of fun at the same time! Don t have time to design a tree? You can still sponsor a tree and we can provide you with a designer! Over the past 24 years, Festival of Trees has become a family tradition for many Prince George families. Big Trees Your tree on display as a live or silent auction item, or raffle tree throughout the Festival (10 Days) Recognition: on signage in your tree display, on the Festival of Trees Website and Festival of Trees signage on site, and in the Gala Fundraising Auction Program if selected for Live Auction. Two (2) complimentary tickets to the Sponsor Appreciation Evening Ten (10) complimentary adult passes to the Festival of Trees if a 7.5 tree or Miracle Mirror Tree pair is sponsored OR five (5) complimentary adult passes if a 5 tree is sponsored Festival of Trees is Spirit of the North s largest annual fundraising event. 4 2017 Festival of Trees Big Tree Sponsorship Options Tree Sponsorship Package A 7.5 Tree, Sponsor provides a Designer The sponsor provides a design team and directly underwrites the decorating budget. Many sponsors also contribute products, goods and services to enhance the value and presentation of their tree. The 7.5 premium pre-lit tree will be provided to your design team by the Festival. The decorated 7.5 tree will be displayed throughout the Festival events, described and acknowledged in the Gala Program (if selected for Live Auction). The tree and accompanying items will be delivered to a location of the successful bidder s choice after Festival. Sponsorship fee is $900 Tree Sponsorship Package B 7.5 Tree, Festival assigns Designer The Festival will assign a design team from among our list of experienced designers and the 7.5 premium pre-lit tree will be provided to your design team by the time of the Festival. You will provide the designer with a budget of your choice, which they will then use to purchase the decorations and anything to accompany the tree with. The decorated 7.5 tree will be displayed throughout the Festival events, described and acknowledged in the Gala Program (if selected for Live Auction). The tree and accompanying items will be delivered to a location of the successful bidder s choice after Festival. Sponsorship fee is $ the amount you provide for décor. Tree Sponsorship Package C - 5 Tree, Sponsor provides a Designer The Sponsor provides a design team and directly underwrites the decorating budget. Many sponsors also contribute products, goods and services to enhance the value and presentation of their tree. The 5 premium pre-lit tree will be provided to your design team by the Festival. The decorated 5 tree will be displayed throughout the Festival s events, described and acknowledged in the Gala Program (if selected for Live Auction). The tree and accompanying items will be delivered to a location of the successful bidder s choice after Festival. Sponsorship fee is $400 Northland Miracle Mirror Trees Two 5 Trees, Sponsor provides a Designer Join Northland Auto Group in their initiative to make Christmas magical for Prince George families in need! Sponsor a pair of trees; one of the 5 trees will be kept by the buyer and the second tree with gifts will be provided to a needy family chosen by the Prince George Society St. Vincent de Paul. The sponsor provides a design team and directly underwrites the decorating budget. Many sponsors also contribute products, goods and services to enhance the value and presentation of their trees. The 5 premium pre-lit trees will be provided to your design team by the Festival. The decorated trees will be displayed throughout the Festival events, described and acknowledged in the Gala Program (if selected for Live Auction). The first 5 tree and accompanying items will be delivered to a location of the successful bidder s choice after Festival; the second tree and accompanying items will be delivered to a family chosen by Society St. Vincent de Paul.
