Whilst raising her young family in the 1980s she continued writing books and filming television series for the BBC from her home in Buckinghamshire.

Mary s career has encompassed a wide variety of experiences including radio, television and writing work. Her first television series aired in the early 1970s. Whilst raising her young family in the 1980s she continued writing books and filming television series for the BBC from her home in Buckinghamshire. She has now written more than 80 cookery books, with total sales of more than 6 million copies. My new homeware range contains all my favourite things: quality textiles, storage tins, jugs, a cake stand, cake forks, mugs and more.
