2 Once upon a time... Probably, you live in the city, some of which - alongside the forest sighing, and still others - rose abovethe clouds. But they live in colours and they are talking in colours. They talk about a world where dreams become reality. About everyday life, such as nice as holidays. About feelings, which are more important than knowledge. They are fairies, angels, elves, chimney sweeps and dreamy girls, who amazes another dress, sweet cake or large embrace of love. And if anyone ask you, where those miracles happen, you know: it is happening here in studio, where those miracles gracefully move on real wooden cards. Forest smelling wood cards are nice to see and nice to touch no matter it is took out from the envelope or placed on a windowsill... It is just like the best regards, as inspiration to dream and share happiness and believe in miracles. After all, it happens to those who believe in them! 2

4 History JSC Kordis (owner of Cozywood ) was established. At the beginning company was produced only loyalty and business cards of plastic, metal and wood. Neringa Spalvose (main artist in Cozywood) joined the team. Company started to produce greeting cards of natural wood. Company began active local expansion and had 40 partners shops in the end of year. Cozywood s products were presented in global fair EXPO2012 in South Korea. The e-shop was established. Company rebranded the production and Cozywood was born. Cozywood participated in international fair PaperWorld. Company started to export its products. Cozywood began sell products via global e-commerce site Etsy.com Cozywood s partners network has expanded to 150 shops in Lithuania. Company changed strategy and began intensive international development. Currently Cozywood is already distributing in 13 different markets. Cozywood won Gold Prize in fair Rinkis preke lietuviska (National fair) for eco-innovations and exceptional design.

5 Design We went long enough way, while we found exceptional and outstanding design, which depends only on us and is unique and unmistakable as any other. Lithuanian designer Neringa Spalvose creates exactly what we need sensuous, beautiful, cozy, colorful and lovely pictures with strong emotions. I live in a world where dreams become reality. Where daily life is as beautiful as holidays; where feelings are more important than knowledge, and the search-yourself is the main driving force! Neringa Spalvose 5

9 Eco-friendship All products are made of natural and thin wood certified by FSC; Pages of notebooks are made of recycled eco-paper certified by FSC and PEFC too. We support the project Plan Vivo by using climate compensated paper This is natural product, because cards consist of 98% natural wood and 2 % cellulose all are biodegradable; Producing of wooden cards requires 5 times less trees than those made of paper; The company invests in reforesting in Lithuania and initiated yearly action of treeplanting. 9

10 Social responsibility We are still very young company, but we are grateful for our country. Therefore, we are very active by engaging to local youth and students' social campaigns (various student events and competitions for pupils, foreign Lithuanian events). Every year at Christmas, we contribute to the project "Children's Dreams", which aim to give the Christmas joy and fulfill at least a small dream of children from families in difficulties. Already several years we are participating in a charity Christmas fair, which seeks to support children suffering from autism. Also before every Mother's Day, we send greetings to mothers from large families. We understand that is just a little thing, but one day all the little things will become great! 10

11 Evaluations In 2014 during the national trade fair Rinkis preke lietuviska our production was awarded Gold Prize for quality, design and green innovations. This was the first official evaluation of Cozywood. In 2013 Cozywood was elected for presentation in national catalog promoting Lithuanian most innovative companies. This catalog was a part of Lithuanian presidency of European Union. 11

12 Geography In 2012 we sent out the first order to Italy and it was the beginning of international trade. Now our cards are selling in Ireland, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Swiss, Germany, Denmark, Norway and Baltic states. 12

13 Partnership At this moment our production is distributed variuos ways: we work with trading agents, distributors, wholesalers, retailers (mostly books and gifts stores) and on the internet (e-shop - only for Lithuania and CozywoodShop on Etsy.com). Nevertheless we are focusing on direct sales through retail shops. So we are looking for reliable retailing companies for distribution in our core markets France, UK, Sweden and Germany.
