Art s practice creates a visual dialogue, offering a dynamic form of social behavior, and a powerful way of expressing. Art touches every aspect of life. It enables the design of useful, beautiful, and meaningful artifacts. mplete Visual Arts Program is a vital and basic component in human development. It allows every student to ase positive attitudes towards self, others, and the environment through creative experiences. It is a necessary a mate part of public education for all students, regardless of their innate talent or academic ability. Problem solving and creative learning encourage students to connect visual ledge to other subjects and to respond with innovation, understanding, flexibility, creativity and imagination.
