5 Asset Integrity Management Program TOM s Asset Integrity Management (AIM) Program provides the technical support for an asset to perform its required function effectively and efficiently whilst protecting health, safety and the environment and the means of ensuring that the people, systems, processes, and resources that deliver integrity are in place, in use and will perform when required over the whole lifecycle of the asset. Cloud Base Web-Portal Access TOM is one to embrace technology, in saying that we use a cloud base platform to manage and run TOM s AIM program. By using an internet explorer based interface, anyone authorized can gain direct access or upload data to the AIM cloud. Once the data has been uploaded it progresses along a planned workflow where the necessary TOM, Client and 3rd Party Departments are notified. To gain access to the data, security approval levels are put in place to safeguard proprietary of confidential information. Additionally, certain personnel can be assigned to receive digital approval requests prior to the release of information. The main objective behind the process is to ensure all documentation is up to date and easily accessible. Life Cycle Process TOM has developed into a company that supplies several services under the company s Asset Integrity Management (AIM) program. The AIM program is designed for all energy based assets; including upstream sector, live offshore gas/oil platforms, subsea fields and onshore receiving / processing facilities. 8 Ancillary Drilling Support During the life of a drilling asset there are several statuses which an asset can be categorised into. For each category TOM, has identified the drilling operator requires different levels and methods of support for each category. 9 01. Operational 03. Ready to Drill 04. TOM supply multi-disciplinary personnel to support the drilling crew in an ancillary capacity. Essentially TOM provide a cost-effective extra pair of hands which can support the maintenance of equipment and systems. Ancillary Support Multi-disciplinary Personnel 02. Downtime Downtime can be categorised into planned and unplanned. Unplanned is where a problem has occurred during drilling, forcing the campaign to come to a halt. In this event, TOM are equipped to deploy personnel nearly anywhere in the world to assist in rectifying the problem. For planned downtime, TOM is able to work with the drilling operator in selecting a cost-effective marine yard to execute all planned work packs.
