7 PARTNERSHIP WITH SEMCO MARITIME Langset has entered into a partnership agreement with Semco Maritime with the goal of establishing a workshop at Hanøytangen Yard. This strategic partnership with Semco Maritime will target development of business in the North Sea and international markets, strengthening Langset s position within maintenance and service for the oil & gas industry.

10 JOINT VENTURE SUB SEA CONSTRUCTION SSC provides design, fabrication and production of Process Vessels and Tanks as well as delivery of process separation solutions to the oil & gas industry. SSC specializes in Subsea Equipment / Spool and structure design, fabrication and delivery of a wide range of equipment for subsea installation purposes. With services including inspection, supervision, installation and modification SSC offers a wide range of customized solutions to clients both in-house and on-site..

16 CERTIFICATION AND TRAINING: Langset offers courses for accreditation and certification covering a wide variety of disciplines. The Course and Competence Center is certified through ASAS and Norsk Akkreditering as well as membership in Noorsi. Langset offers services including certification of vessels up to 15 meters. All certification is overseen by the Norwegian Maritime Directorate.
