Consultancy Providing our clients with experience and expertise, deliverables and tools for planning the control of Completions, Commissioning and Start-up early within the project life cycle Completions & Commissioning Management Managing Commissioning and Completions projects on behalf of our clients The qedi Consultancy service is available to provide the highest level of Completions, Commissioning and Start-up Assist expertise in the early stages of the project life cycle and prepare control plans, estimates, budgets and strategies. Our Consultancy service provides highly experienced and time-served engineers and/ or managers available on an as-required basis to develop review and advise on the project Completion and Commissioning strategy. qedi provide a comprehensive service for the management and delivery of projects through the Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up Assist and Handover phases of projects. Technical Resourcing - Completions & Commissioning Execution Support Provision of Manpower to deliver and support our client s new and existing project Completions and Commissioning activities qedi can fully support client delivery through the provision of highly experience and competent Completions and Commissioning Resources across the required disciplines and skills sets. Where a client may already have a Completions and Commissioning team but requires additional expertise and Manpower Resources, our Completions and Commissioning Execution Support Service is designed to support clients existing Commissioning and Completions functions. Start-up & Early Production Assist Supporting our clients to manage the transfer from Completions, Commissioning through to Start-up qedi can provide a support team of Completions and Commissioning Engineers as well as other support functions to assist our clients during the Start-up phase of a project. Engineers can be provided to prepare Start-up procedures, Technicians can be provided to work on equipment and capture any re-testing, while Completions Engineers will ensure that the final Certification is recorded and captured, as required, along with any punch-listing. Commissioning Engineers will review and advise on Start-up procedures as well as supporting the actual Start-up activities as and when required.

9 GoTechnology - Technical Integrity Management Providing our clients with industry leading Completions Systems Technology and Commissioning Support qedi can deliver Technical Integrity Management Services for clients looking to ensure the highest level of Technical Integrity through the application of GoTechnology ; our suite of web-based Completions Management and Commissioning tools. This service is designed to support our clients existing management functions through the provision of Completions expertise, specialist technologies and client training as required. Decommissioning Providing our clients with industry leading solutions for Decommissioning Completions capture and management qedi has developed a Decommissioning Certification Management Process that sits within the GoTechnology web-based Completions Management System. This is applied and run in the same manner as a standard Completions/ Commissioning process to ensure all activities associated with the Decommissioning of a facility are verified and managed in a consistent and effective manner.

10 qedi GoTechnology Research and development, continuous improvement and investment in technology has led to the development of a suite of tools designed to assist with critical areas of Project Management and Technical Integrity of new and existing projects to help minimising the risks of revenue and reputation loss. GoTechnology utilises traditional proven skills, practices and expertise with new technologies to produce web-enabled software applications that provide essential elements for Technical, Projects and Operations Integrity. GoTechnology operates using a Hub of information taken electronically from the Engineering Data Warehouses, Fabricators and Vendors, from which the individual applications operate. This methodology is in accordance with the techniques given in ISO 15926, integration of life cycle data. Research and Development: All our GoTechnology tools are continually being upgraded as a result of emerging technology and customer feedback. New tools are being developed on an ongoing basis through our own ideas and customer demand. 11 GoTechnology Products: GoCompletions is a Quality Management tool that tracks and monitors the level of progress of Completion of each piece of equipment from Design through to Operations. There are variants available for Brownfield, Greenfield, Mining and Minerals, Subsea, Pipelines, Nuclear and Decommissioning. GoPlan is a Planning Management tool that works at a low level of detail for the creation of Job Cards for preparing and executing Construction, Completions and Commissioning activities. This tool operates at Planning Levels 3 and 4, and interfaces between Primavera and GoCompletions. GoProcedures is a tool that allows Commissioning Procedures to be generated, modified, progressed and executed. It also acts as a library and storage facility for Commissioning, Start-up, Operating and Preservation Procedures. GoPreserve is an optional module within GoCompletions. This tool has been created especially for major Greenfield Projects for the generation and ongoing monitoring of preservation routines where equipment is being purchased then stored or installed for long periods prior to being energised at the Commissioning stage. In addition to the standard web-based version, qedi has developed companion mobile apps for use on Android and ios devices. These devices synchronise with the GoTechnology Hub when in online mode, and then can be taken offline and used to record Preservation information in areas where connectivity is not available (e.g. on site in a remote location), before being brought back online to synchronise once again with the Hub when connectivity is restored (e.g. areas where WiFi is available).
