5 Marine & Shipyard TOM is one of the largest suppliers of skilled services and resource manning to the major shipyards within Singapore and other regions across the globe. TOM is continuously deploying; technicians, senior technicians, supervisors, administrative support, management and technical specialist to complete specific scopes of work during the fabrication process in shipyards across the globe. TOM s services comprise of providing a complete project team which is mobilized to site. Over time TOM has evolved into becoming a major supplier of off-site fabrication, which continuously feed neighbouring shipyards with items such as skids, modules and piping spool systems. 6 Offshore & Onshore TOM participates in a variety of contracts found in both the onshore and offshore energy sectors. Process Systems TOM can deliver various process skids and modules related to gas and liquid cleaning, refining as well as heating and cooling. These modules can be installed on FPSOs, platforms and in onshore plants. Storage Facility TOM has the expertise to design and construct liquid storage facilities. This includes the primary functions of storing, transferring, receiving and offloading product. In conjunction with the storage facility TOM is also able to engineer and project manage the construction of connecting infrastructure such as jetty and wharf facilities. Hook-up & Commissioning TOM s team of experts can plan, execute and manage the various stages of hook-up and commissioning for module(s) or a complete asset. Marine & Auxiliary Systems TOM s engineering and M&E teams are knowledgably and experienced with developing and implementing various marine and auxiliary systems found onboard marine assets. TOM can offer customised solutions to aging assets and new-build construction, as well as implementation of free-issued OEM equipment. Offshore Field Installation TOM can execute all forms of offshore installation works.
