2 No Entry Fees. Pavilion General Rules & Information Prize money as indicated in each Section. Cards awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Champion and Highly Commended Supreme Champion Ribbon and Trophy and $30 prize for Most Successful Pavilion Exhibitor - prize money donated by Jo-Anne and Damian Cormie. Supreme Champion Ribbon, Trophy and $30 prize for Most Successful Junior Pavilion Exhibitor - prize money donated by Chris and Geoff Burns ENTRIES FOR ALL SECTIONS EXCEPT PHOTOGRAPHY, must be delivered to the Showground Pavilion on Saturday 2nd March 2019 between 8:30 am and 12:30 pm. Pavilion will close at 1pm for lunch and Judging for the Sections will commence at 2:00pm on the same day. PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBITS to be delivered to the Showground Friday 1 st March 2019 between 8am and 6pm. Pavilion open to the public from 9:00am Sunday 3rd March Exhibitors shall, if required, provide proof as to bona fides of their exhibits and if proved to have knowingly made a false entry will forfeit prizes and be barred from exhibiting at the Tarago Show. 2. Judges decisions and disputes. All protests must be made in writing and delivered to the Secretary by 11:00 am Sunday 3rd March The protest is to be accompanied by a $10 deposit to be forfeited if the Committee decides the protest is frivolous. Committee decisions are final and there is no right of appeal. 3. The Society accepts no responsibility for the loss of or damage to any exhibit, goods or possessions and will not be responsible for any accident caused to any exhibit and will not be responsible for any loss of livestock. 4. All exhibitors, competitors and members of the public enter the Show sites at their own risk. All prize money to be collected from Secretary s office on Show Day. Prize money and Exhibits not collected will be forfeited unless prior arrangements have been made with the Chief Steward or Show Secretary.
