No items previously receiving awards at this fair will be accepted for competition. 2. All displays must be properly labeled. 3. Exhibits must be in a container that displays articles to advantage and keeps them together. 4. Mounted exhibits will be on firm backing, no larger than 11x14 and able to be hung. 5. Reproductions will be disqualified.
