All exhibits in this Section must be delivered to the Mears Pavilion, at the Showground by 10am Tuesday 2 rd June Judging of the Arts and Crafts takes place in the Mears Pavilion on Wednesday 3 rd June No Exhibitors allowed in the Pavilion during the judging. All Articles must be clearly named with Section and Class Numbers. Exhibits must be collected at the Pavilion between 4pm and 5pm on Saturday 6 th June Prize Money to be collected from Secretary s Office after 1pm on Saturday 6 th June Prize money not collected will be forfeited. Please refer to Rule 3 General Rules for Prize money allocation. All exhibitors to pay Gate Admission unless members. ENTRY FEE: 50 cents PRIZE MONEY: First $3.00, Second $2.00, unless otherwise stated. POSTER COMPETITION Poster, allow border, advertising: Toogoolawah show 5th & 6th June 2015 Size 40cm X 30cm- Suitable for display all poster will be displayed in Mears Pavilion at show.
