Classes Craft (NOT NEEDLEWORK) Conditions All Classes Every individual item MUST be on the entry form; this includes each individual item in a collection. Extra entry forms may be photocopied or collected from the Show Office at the show grounds. Every individual item including items in collections MUST have a tag showing name or code (If using a code please use the first 3 letters of your surname) and selling price. If not for sale, please clearly mark NFS. If not for judging, please clearly mark NFJ. Any one item will be judged in one class only. Pick Up of Entries Dates and Times SUNDAY, 5 AUGUST :00PM-6:00pm Please pick up entries from: The Arts and Crafts Hall Lawnton Show Grounds Gympie Road Strathpine QLD 4500 No entries are to be removed prior to 4:00PM. Cars will be allowed on the grounds from 5:00PM A collection of craft items for sale only may be entered once a payment fee of $3.50 per collection is paid. The quantity displayed will depend on available space. All exhibits must be the artist s own work, produced outside of a classroom/workshop. The entered piece must not have previously won prizes in the Pine Rivers Show. Entries must be painted/made in the last 18 months. 3. The Chief Steward reserves the right to declare a noncompetition in any class in which there are less than 3 entries. 4. A commission of 25% will be retained on all sales. *Please ensure that you use the 2018 Entry Form as it has been revised. 6 3

6 Terms & Conditions Classes - Painting 5. All care will be taken with the Exhibits, but the society will not be responsible for loss or damage to the Exhibits. 6. The association reserves the right to reproduce any entry for publicity, in any media form for the duration of the show. 7. Please retain you receipt for entry fees. You must produce this as proof of ownership of items when collecting entries at the closure of the show. Conditions- All Classes All pictures and paintings are to be correctly marked (class, title, artist s name and sale price). Works must be suitably framed and ready for hanging with strong wire, flush not protruding, or other professional methods. If not for sale, exhibit needs to be marked NFS. If not for judging, exhibit needs to be marked NFJ. 8. Every individual item must be listed on the entry form. 9. Items for sale must have a price tag attached, showing the name or cost (first three letters of surname) and price. Those not for sale must be marked clearly NFS. 10. Any nominated prize money may be substituted with a voucher or goods.
