5 Ratings and llowable oad Moment of Inertia at the Mor Shaft The ror moment of inertia ratio is the value for a servomor without a gear and a holding brake. Servomor Model Servomor Rated Output llowable oad Moment of Inertia (Ror Moment of Inertia Ratio) kw times oad Moment of Inertia The larger the load moment of inertia, the worse the movement response. The allowable load moment of inertia (J) depends on mor capacity, as shown above. This value is provided strictly as a guideline and results may vary depending on servomor drive conditions. Use the C servo drive capacity selection program SigmaJunmaSize+ check the operation conditions. The program can be downloaded for free from our web site ( n overvoltage alarm (.00) is likely occur during deceleration if the load moment of inertia exceeds the allowable load moment of inertia. SERVOPCKs with a built-in regenerative resisr may generate a regenerative overload alarm (.30). Take one of the following steps if this occurs. Reduce the rque limit. Reduce the deceleration rate. Reduce the maximum speed. Install an external regenerative resisr if the alarm cannot be cleared using the steps above.
