1 ICT Speakers Mike Bracken Mike Bracken was appointed Executive Director of Digital for the UK Government in July He is responsible for overseeing and improving the Government s digital delivery of public services. Mike is leading on the work to transform public sector services to a digital by default model by building and championing a digital culture that puts the user first and delivers the best, low-cost public services possible. Prior to joining the Government, Bracken worked at Guardian News & Media as Digital Development Director for nearly four years; co-founded e-democracy site My Society and was a Director/Shareholder at technical services company Wavex. Thierry Breton Thierry Breton has been Chairman and CEO of Atos Group since Former finance minister of France, he was the chairman and chief executive officer of France Télécom, second european telecom operator. He has been Vice Chairman and CEO of Groupe Bull and Chairman and CEO of Thomson-RCA. He has been a Professor at Harvard Business School where he taught Leadership and Corporate Accountability. He is an officer of the Légion d'honneur and a commander of the Ordre National du Mérite. Monique Morrow Monique Morrow is a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Cisco Services. She is working with a cross Cisco Services leadership team in defining a cross segment customer reference architecture, defining long term technology strategy for services for the next 2 5 years, with the focus on the Internet of Everything, specifically to its implications to security and to Cloud Computing centric Federated Exchanges. Monique is also an advocate for STEM Education for Girls and Boys in ICT having presented at the European Parliament on this topic.

2 Anne Glover Professor Anne Glover joined the European Commission as Chief Scientific Adviser to the President in January 2012, and is the first person to hold this position. In this role she advises the President on any aspect of science and technology, liaises with other science advisory bodies of the Commission, the Member States and beyond, coordinates science and technology foresight, and promotes the European culture of science to a wide audience, conveying the excitement and relevance of science to non-scientists. She also chairs the recently established Science & Technology Advisory Council of the President. Prior to her current appointment she was Chief Scientific Adviser for Scotland from Professor Glover currently holds a Personal Chair of Molecular and Cell Biology at the University of Aberdeen. Professor Glover was recognised in March 2008 as a Woman of Outstanding Achievement in the UK and was awarded a CBE for services to Environmental Science in the Queen s New Years Honours list Wil van der Aalst Prof.dr.ir. Wil van der Aalst is a full professor of Information Systems at the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (TU/e). He is also the Academic Supervisor of the International Laboratory of Process-Aware Information Systems of the National Research University, Higher School of Economics in Moscow. Moreover, since 2003 he has a part-time appointment at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). His research interests include workflow management, process mining, Petri nets, business process management, process modelling, and process analysis. Wil van der Aalst has published more than 165 journal papers, 17 books (as author or editor), 350 refereed conference/workshop publications, and 60 book chapters. Many of his papers are highly cited (he has been cited more than times and has an H-index of more than 107 according to Google Scholar) and his ideas have influenced researchers, software developers, and standardization committees working on process support.

3 Gesche Joost Gesche Joost is Professor for Design Research at the University of the Arts Berlin and since 2005 heading the Design Research Lab. With international partners, she developed research and teaching projects in the areas of human-computer-interaction, gender and diversity aspects in technological development, as well as social sustainability and participation. Until 2010, she was junior professor for Interaction Design & Media at the Technical University of Berlin in cooperation with Telekom Innovation Laboratories. As a visiting professor, she taught Gender and Design at the HAWK Hildesheim. In 2009, she received the young talent award for science from the mayor of Berlin. She is the chairwoman of DGTF e.v. [German Society for Design Theory and Research] and board member of Technologiestiftung Berlin. In 2014, she was appointed as a Digital Champion for the European Commission. Emer Coleman Emer Coleman is the founder of DSRPTN, a consultancy specialising in leadership and change and she is also Business Development Director with TransportAPI a start-up powering innovation and change in transport. She was named in Wired Magazines Top 100 Digital Power Influencers List 2011 and served as a judge for the Rockerfeller Foundation 2012 Innovation Challenge Decoding Data. Emer Coleman has worked extensively with local, regional and central government as Director of Strategy, Assistant Chief Executive, and Director of Digital Projects (City Hall London) where she established the London Datastore. Before founding Disruption Ltd she was Deputy Director of Digital Engagement, UK Government Digital Service.

4 Nick Coleman Nick Coleman is Global Head Cyber Security Intelligence Services at IBM and prior to this was Global Cloud Security Leader across IBM delivered cloud platforms. Previously he was with the UK government where he led the review on whether the Government infrastructures and information are adequately protected. His report The Coleman Report was published by the Cabinet Office and placed in both UK Houses of Parliament. He has a business background prior to getting into the security arena over 10 years ago. He is currently an appointed advisor to the Executive Director of the EU Cyber Security Agency (ENISA). He serves on the IT Policy Committee of the IET, and also serves on the Advisory Board for Security at the BCS. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and a Fellow of the British Computer Society (BCS). In 2013 he joined the panel at the German Marshall Fund with the Estonian President and Swedish Foreign Minister to discuss Cyber Security. He holds an MBA with Distinction. Louisa Heinrich Louisa is all about making connections for humans with other people, with content, with products, services, brands and businesses. She believes that enabling and empowering people to do the things they need and love to do is the only way to achieve sustainable success. She works with businesses and governments to design strategies, products, services and organisational structures that use digital technology to improve individual lives, make a positive contribution to society, and achieve commercial results. She founded Superhuman Limited to do this work.she has worked with a broad variety of clients across most industry sectors among them Nokia, Volksbank, Ericsson, Voddler, Procter & Gamble, Eli Lilly, Citibank, United Airlines, Daimler, and the BBC. She used to be Head of Strategy at Fjord.

5 Koen Delvaux Koen is an entrepreneur who combines insights in marketing and technology to discover new opportunities. He started his career at Siemens where he co-founded a number of new businesses. After a few consecutive startups he co-founded Mobile Vikings. Later he is responsible for Innovation Management at energy provider Lampiris and recently he was appointed Head of Consumer Innovation at Proximus, Belgium. He also offers his experience as a Social Media Consultant at Medemerkers to help companies with their internal and external social media strategy. Gerry McGovern Gerry helps large organizations become more customer centric on the Web. His clients include Microsoft, Cisco, Tetra Pak, VMware, Cars.com, European Commission and OECD. He is the founder and CEO of Customer Carewords, a company that has developed a set of tools and methods to help large organizations identify and optimize their customers top online tasks. He has written five books on how the Web has facilitated the rise of customer power. His fifth book, The Stranger s Long Neck, was published in Alexandre Budzier Dr. Alexander Budzier works at University of Oxford s Saïd Business School. Prior to joining Oxford, Alexander worked at T-Mobile International in London and most recently as a consultant with McKinsey's Business Technology Office in Düsseldorf and Chicago, where he advised clients on IT and operations issues. At Oxford, he teaches on the MSc for Major Programme Management. He is also a teacher at the Major Project Leadership Academy and is course director of the Project Leadership Programme, both leadership development programme for the most senior project managers in the UK civil service. Alexander s research focuses on the role of high impact, rare events for ICT project performance and the influence on decision-making of top management sponsors.

6 Luukas Ilves Luukas is Counsellor for Digital Affairs at Estonia s Permanent Representation to the EU, where he makes Europe a more connected and innovative continent by bringing Estonia's outcomeoriented experience in digital markets and government to bear on Brussels. He is responsible for preparing Estonia s ICT agenda for its EU Presidency in Luukas has previously served as Head of International relations for RIA (Estonia s central agency for e-government and cybersecurity), where he lead Estonia s push to integrate its e-government systems with neighbouring countries and the EU, and was highly involved in the esens project. He has also worked as a policy planner in the Estonian Ministry of Defence, and as a national expert at the European Commission (in the Cabinet of VP Neelie Kroes). Luukas is a graduate of Stanford University and a reserve officer in the Estonian Defence Forces.
